That is a really good point...So if I think the Patriots are going to be favored against anyone in the Superbowl, I get through the first weekend of games, then just pick NFC games until the playoffs? Very interesting...thanks for the idea! Any others?

I went unbeaten in my survivor pool but so did two others. Instead of splitting the prize, we are going to a playoff system which is flawed. Single elimination (obviously) and we can only pick each team once; however, if we get to the Superbowl and have already picked both teams, it is a loss. Has anyone been in a league like this? What strategy would/did you apply? My gut tells me to just pick winners and worry about tomorrow, tomorrow... Thanks and Happy New Year!
