Hi, I'm in a vanilla ESPN.com 14 person league. I have the following viable options to play at RB: Marshawn Lynch, Turbin or Cedric Benson. All are 4:15 starts so I can pick any. The question is: Is Cedric Benson against SF a better play now even if we get clarity on Lynch or Turbin? Thanks for any advice you may have! Eric in NJ

Thanks for the advice. I may have just panicked and any how dropped Ogbonnaya for DJ Ware. I wish I would have waited and read your post. But since this week's waivers just cleared it was first come first serve for Ware. My thought process (probably wrong) was: - Bradshaw broken bone out "indefinately" means he's out for a long time - Ogbonnaya might be in or Hillis might be in this week. In the long run Hardesty and Hillis will both be back. - Jacbobs looked awful last week (which is why I traded him). So my hope is that Ware becomes the starting RB at the NYG. Like I say -- given the advice above I probably just made a bad decision -- but panicked and didn't want to lose Ware as other people see the tweets about Bradshaw being out indefinately. In any event, I always appreicate the time people are willing to put in typing advice for strangers in a forum. Thank you! I appreciate it! Go White!

Hi, I'm wondering what folks think about the idea of dropping Maurice Morris and adding DJ Ware (while he's still grabbable on our leagues FA list). Both are at the far end of my bench but I just (stupidly) traded Jacobs for Jon Baldwin (needed WR help). I'd like to annoy the guy I traded Jacobs to by grabbing Ware and having him outproduce Jacobs. What do you think? Should I drop Maurice Morris (or Chris Ogbonnaya) for DJ Ware? Thanks for the advice; I'll probably take the trade then... But to play Devil's Advocate: - Is there a chance that Battle could become a solid RB2? He was on KC which was supposed to run the ball well with Jamal Charles. That's at least a functional team running game. Maurice Morris is on a lousy running team where Detroit preferred to make a trade (assuming Best is done). Advantage Battle? - I don't know much about Victor Cruz but he's had some great games. How did he get them though. Is there a chance that Doug Baldwin is about to be as good or better in the long run than Cruz? This is what I'm wrestling with....

Hi, I'm offered to trade my Jackie Battle and Doug Baldwin for Victor Cruz and Maurice Morris. It's a 12 man league with vanilla ESPN.com scoring system? I'm having trouble deciding whether to accept or not. My gut says yes but since we're just swapping positions why would he offer me the trade? I don't know much about Victor Cruz can he continue to produce or was he only productive due to some injury? I think my team is slightly stronger at RB than WR so Cruz could be helpful. Ahead of him on my depth chart I've got VJax, Brandon Marshall and Julio Jones. RB depth is: LeSean McCoy, AP, Ingram, Brandon Jacobs. Thanks for any insight you might be able to provide!
