  1. Thanks for mine. If Nicks and Torain play, I would put Nicks in at WR2 and Torain at flex. I personally wouldn't want that many Pats on my roster (and that's coming from a huge Pats fan...outside of Tom Brady, I just don't like them for fantasy purposes).
  2. I've got some tough choices this week and need some opinions: QB: Orton v. ARI Flacco v. HOU RB (pick 2): Foster v. BAL Ray Rice v. HOU Moreno v. ARI WR (pick 3) Megatron Bowe v. SD Holmes v. MIA Williams (TB) v. WSH Right now, I've got Flacco, Foster, Moreno, Megatron and Holmes. Bowe has been amazing but now he's lost Cassel. Normally this wouldn't be enough for me to consider benching him but I do have other solid options. What say you?
  3. Best Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe Ever: Buffalo Chicken Dip 2 chicken breasts cooked and chopped 1 cup of ranch dressing 2 pkgs of cream cheese, softened 1 cup of cheddar cheese 3/4 cup of franks red hot sauce (or however much or little to make it as spicy as you want - I personally find 1/2c to be spicy enough). Beat cream cheese, dressing and hot sauce together with a mixer. Add chicken and cheddar. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes or until bubly.
  4. Thanks guys. Will do. Yeah, poor guy had to miss the draft so his team was autodrafted for him and then he lost Dallas Clarke. Even with that band of misfits, he's managed to stay in 4th place and in the playoff hunt thanks to Vick and Rivers.
  5. Thanks for mine. I agree with your choices. I would go Greene and McCoy.
  6. So, a guy in my league has both Rivers and Vick and he is dying to trade one of them. My team is in my sig. I'm currently 8-2 (should be 9-1 except that I left Bowe and Moreno and their 50+ pts on the bench last week in favour of Marshall and Rice). I've been pretty happy with Orton and Flacco but I'd love to have Rivers on my roster. I was thinking of offering Flacco + Rice (he loves him some RR) for Rivers + ??? (Best? Matthews?). His roster: Vick Rivers Marshawn Lynch Javid Best Greg Jennings Steve Smith DJax J Knox Deion Branch Jacob Tamme Matthews Wells What say you, or should i just stand pat? Thanks in advance!
  7. Thanks to all the "expert" ratings I read this week, I benched Bowe (in favour of BMarshall), Holmes (in favour of Mike Williams TB), Orton (in favour of Joe Flacco) and Moreno (in favour of Ray Rice). These four players have outscored my starting lineup by 20 pts. I now need 22 pts from Cooley and Akers to win. Otherwise my currently first-place team will lose to the team currently in last place. Oh, and I also picked up TB DST to fill in for NO on bye since they were such a "great" play this week. I hate me.
  8. Maybe I'm not feeling the pinch as much because I did manage to snag Foster so Rice is really my RB2 but Rice's production hasn't made me want to kill myself. In my league, his last 5 games: 5 - 27.90 6 - 12.60 7 - 7.30 8 Bye 9 - 18.00 I'll give you that, he has been dissapointing. For an early first round pick, you'd like better on a more consistent basis, but I don't think he has been a massive bust, either. I'd reserve that tag for say...Greene, Matthews, Williams, Wells, who were all high draft picks and who have underperformed way more than Rice has.
  9. I don't understand the perception that Rice is a bust. Sure, the touchdowns haven't been there but he is getting the yardage. He scored 18 points for me last week - I'll take that any day of the week. There are WAY more players that are much more worthy of the bust tag than Ray Rice.
  10. I would agree with this. I went RB, WR, WR - Rice, Calvin, Marshall in the first three rounds. I got massively lucky with Orton and picking up Torain and Foster on waivers (early draft - prior to Tate injury) otherwise I would have been stuck with JStew as my RB2 and Portis backing him up. Ick. That said, we play 3WR so I would do it again. The strategy does require some horseshoes, though.
  11. Thanks for mine. I would go with Taylor here because he's the only starter of all your guys. If for some reason Turner or Portis didn't play, then I would run with Snelling or Williams.
  12. Thanks. I didn't think my league was THAT shallow - 12 players with 15 roster spots each (9 play, 6 bench). Not super deep but its not a 10 player league either. There really aren't any decent WR options on our waiver.
  13. I wouldn't. With the way Favre has been playing, the downgrade at QB would be way more than the slight boost you might get from ADP vs PT now that Bush is out.
  14. Thanks guys. I should have mentioned that we start 3 WR and 2 RB (no flex). Bowe is killing me so I am hesitant to drop Royal with Holmes still suspended. I know as soon as I drop Stewart, DW will get hurt and Stewart will blow up. With Rice and Foster in my lineup, Portis has been, and will continue to be, benched although I am struggling with whether to start Portis vs. STL or ride Foster vs. DAL this Sunday. In any event, the waiver request won't get processed until Sunday morning so I have a couple of days to decide.
