My only problem with your solution is if the fumble really happened and it did....regardless of what Fanball does and does not do, it should be scored correctly. Is there one source for actual stats that are 100% correct?

It would be nice if that was the case, but we use Fanball and their response is as follows: Thank you for contacting Fanball Customer Service. Once standings are posted on Tuesday morning, we do not go back and update the site for any stat changes that the NFL makes after that time. If you want the extra point for your player, you will need to contact your commissioner and have him do a manual scoring override. If you have any further questions, please ask. The play by play says one thing and the boxscore another on different websites. I'm really not sure about which one is actually correct and do not want any questions from the impacted team if I take away the 2 points and they lose the game.

Can anyone assist....I'm the commissioner in a league which has an ongoing debate due to a very close game (decided by .30 points)> One team had Jason Campbell. On the Redskins site and the NFL.com stats both show one fumble and one fumble lost in the stats. The NFL.com play by play says Raybach the Washington Center Fumbled. The play took place at 8:53 of the second quarter and it was a shotgun that hit Campbell in the hands and he fumbled. Is there any way or any place to go to substantiate this stat? I emailed NFL.com but never received a response. I've seen highlight video which shows the play. Where can the "official " stats be found
