  1. I think Rivers counts as a stud. So, there us go. Sanchez definitely isn't.
  2. Name says it all, need one for my FLEX. Currently leaning towards Moncrief.
  3. I think you take the trade, as having that depth at WR will be more useful, and I think Cruz being the clear top receiver as opposed to Bennett puts the balance slightly in his favor. But it definitely is close, and you won't be a fool for not taking it either. Depends on your comfort level.
  4. I agree with the rest; that's a damn good trade, and I would pounce, provided you're the one receiving Sproles and Cruz.
  5. Well, like I said, I have Forsett claimed on Waivers, which is guaranteed given my #1 position on the Waiver Wire, who is the better option anyways. But I see your point; I have plenty of options for flex, including Welker when he finally returns. Unless he offers me a RB I can't consider it. He currently has Bell, Bernard, Jennings, and Ridley as his RB's. Perhaps a counter offer, with me offering one of my lower end WR's?
  6. I mean, he would play flex but I suppose that's a lot to give up purely for a flex position.
  7. The trade is highly tempting. I'm wanting to pull the trigger, but my RB's are weak as it is. I have Lacy, Ellington, Dwyer, and Pierce. I can also pick up Forsett from waivers, as I'm #1. But I need to know now whether I should or not. My WR's are Calvin Johnson, Brandon Marshall, James Jones, Wes Welker, Justin Hunter, Brandon Lafell, and Jarrett Boykin. Help!
  8. Honestly, what's wrong with that? You throw week 9 away, but have all three the rest of the year. Not as big of a deal as some make it out to believe. I would honestly see if you can find a TEN fan and do a direct 1 for 1 trade for a receiver of similar value. But that's only if the bye really bothers you. No need to involve other players or try to upgrade, just see if you can get an even trade.
  9. Start your studs, dummy. You used that high pick on him, might as well make him work for it.
  10. Not sure why this got glazed over, but figured I'd bump it, as well as update with missing info. Starting lineup is 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1FLEX, 1K, 1DEF. Points are awarded for having 100 yards rushing/receiving, TD of over 50 yards, etc. Also, .1 points awarded per rushing attempt, reception, and completion. There are a couple other nuances but that should be the main gist of it.
  11. With a backup DEF, it's better just to scope out the waiver wire and play it by matchup. And your receiver depth is good, though perhaps a bit lacking at RB, though with few options it's hard to achieve.
  12. I found out that a league I was in was going to be an Auction draft. After doing some light research, I essentially winged the whole damn thing. It's a 12 man league, 200 cap limit. QB: McCown, Schaub RB: Lacy, Ellington, Pierce, Tre Mason WR: C. Johnson, Marshall, Welker, James Jones, Boykin, Hunter, Lafell TE: Jordan Cameron DEF: Arizona K: Novak Most of my depth at receiver and RB were uncontested, as I spent my money early and was idle for most of the middle and late rounds. Also, non-PPR.
  13. Cle has Weeden as their QB, and their TE is their main target. Explain to me again how that's an upgrade at WR?
  14. I suppose so, just liked his potential, but then again that's probably me being a raider fan getting in the way. Still, you're right, gonna make the move now. Can't believe I'm going to end up starting 3 Bears this week, but the Giants have just been that bad.
  15. Who would you recommend I drop then? I'm solid on all fronts, but Jeffery is definitely an improvement. It's just tough to make a call.
