  1. So its the best and worst time of the fantasy year (on Christmas none the less). I am in the finals with my QB left to play....Rodgers and Ryan are what the season have come down to. I believe Rodgers is going to start and play until its a blowout I'm just concerned with Jennings injured he won't be as effective. Its probably the nerves and me getting into my own head, but any advice or confirmation I'm safe playing Rodgers is mucho appreciated. Thanks much and Happy Holidays to all!!!
  2. I have an extra kicker on my team from a Bye week (last week I think). I am thinking of dropping the kicker and snagging Greg Olsen off WW. I have V. Davis and F. Davis now, and really no other lucrative players on the waivers. Anyone think I shouldn't make that move?
  3. 1 Pt per 10 yds, 6 pts per TD, PPR league: @RB: Shonn Greene vs. NE or Demarco Murray vs. BUF @WR: Nate Washington @CAR or Victor Cruz @SF? Thanks in advance!
  4. Have Rodgers (GB) and Greene (NYJ) on Bye this week. Sjax is my other starter. J. Starks (GB) is my back-up RB, but on Bye as well this week. I have Bradford taking up space on the bench, but since he is probably out again this week I need to pick up a RB and QB to fill in. QB scoring: 1 Pt/25 yds, 6 pts/TD. RB Scoring: 1 Pt/10 yds, PPR, 6 Pts/TD. Here's the options from the WW: RB: Peyton Hillis (CLE) Montario Hardesty (CLE) DeMarco Murray (DAL) Knowshon Moreno (DEN...if McGahee is out?) QB: Andy Dalton (CIN) Kevin Kolb (ARI) Christian Ponder (MIN) Matt Hasselbeck (TEN) Appreciate any input/advice anyone has to throw out there. Playing for first in the league this week (top team has his whole WR core on Bye, so I need to sneak this win in there to take over for the playoffs).
  5. I agree that Decker is probably your best matchup on this one. Unfortunately, I think you could flip a coin with that list and have just as good of luck as asking us here lol, but they're all solid backups. Personally I don't like to play 2 guys on the same team unless its a DEF and another player.
  6. I have James Starks and Stevan Ridley, but Redman is on WW. My primary backs are usually Shonn Greene and SJAX. With Mendy out should I give Redman a shot against TEN DEF?
  7. Not sure who to start at RB and DEF. PPR league, 1 pt per 10 yds rushing/receiving, and 6 pts per TD. Defense I'm playing the matchups. Here's what I'm looking at right now: James Starks (@ATL) Stevan Ridley (vs. NYJ) Defense is a big toss up for me. I have TB from last week, but here's the others that are noteable: ARI (@MIN) CIN (@JAC) TB (@SF) Appreciate any help or input
  8. I have Dez Bryant and Mike Wallace and need to pick my WR3. This is a PPR league with 6 for TDs 1 pt per 10 yds. Thanks in advance. Nate Washington (@CLE) David Nelson (@CIN) Mike Sims-Walker (WAS)
  9. Very true about V. Davis scoring issues. I'm actually thinking about starting F. Davis because the Rams aren't exactly known for their defense this season. I did pickup the Lions kicker shortly after posting this and remembering I wanted to do that (although I dislike the kicker slot all together lol). I had Austin last season and just did not like him all that much he had a solid year, but seemed to have some dropped passes that I thought should've been hauled in .
  10. Honestly, I like V. Davis as he is the number 1 threat in SF (from what I've seen this season and last not on the team site), and Marshall is another potential big game threat, but so far this season that is all they have shown...they're a threat. Davis had a big game this past weekend, but from what I see is this guy is trying to sell him while his stock is rising. You have a pretty solid WR setup. I would say no to this deal if it were me.
  11. Awesome, i picked them up. i basically needed some justification before i pulled the trigger. i like the match-up a ton now that i know painter is starting....now i have to hope he throws about 7 picks and makes it worth while :-D
  12. This is from Rotowire/NFL.com yesterday: Thursday, Sep 29 at 3:09pm Coach Sean Payton said he "wouldn't anticipate Colston (collarbone) getting 50 snaps" against Jacksonville on Sunday, New Orleans Times-Picayune writer Jeff Duncan reports. Analysis: Payton presumably meant that Colston will play less than 50 snaps. At a glance, 50 snaps sounds like roughly 80 percent of the offense as a whole, so Colston's upside is limited this week if Payton sticks to that plan. If you're thinking of going with L.Moore might be a good decision for another week (or more as he has had an excellent rapport with Brees so far)
  13. hahaha, my bad dudes, 12 team league, and yea, i have 0 plans of making the playoffs this season. we had a last minute draft 2 days before opening day, its a new league, and the season is basically a wash across the board with how out of shape the NFL is lol. i figure i'll finish up around .500, 2-1 right now with only 398 pts for and 447 pts against....yea i had like 220 points thrown at me the first week
  14. I actually have washington and nelson.....out of those four i'd go with wash and nelson (i have bryant and wallace as well). i'm a big nate washington fan (have been for years), and with britt out there seriously is not much left to throw the ball to especially the way CJ2K has been shutdown thus far.
