I dropped him...done with this issue. Picked up Blount and kept Ivory.

Up to you, but if it were me, I could not see a situation where I would start Fitz over Romo so I would drop him. If Romo gets injured, deal with it then...there are usually a few available that are comparable to Fitz (Freeman, etc).

If your lineup in your signature is still current, I would drop Fitzpatrick and pick up another WR. Romo already had his bye week, so you are good at QB.

I guess one other consideration is who I am playing in Week 8...his team has no bye week issues that week. Thus, even if I drop two players to pick up a QB and WR, there is a good chance I will still lose. Might just stick it out and take the loss.
