  1. i was up by 1 going into this game with ray rice vs the greenbay kicker. man thats a horrible way to lose in the playoffs.
  2. wow... thats all i can say...
  3. Agree with the above posters. Warner is a deathtrap right now. Even if he plays how can you feel confident he wont start seeing stars on the field again and throw 2 picks before he gets benched leaving you with a horrible score. Young on the other hand could might just have a big game and at the low end probably just a mediocre score.
  4. Actually with the way the saints have been playing I wouldn't be surprised to see more running scores then passing this week at all. The Skins have a great air defense and saints have a very dynamic running game. Then again --- does anyone have a good air defense against brees? It's questionable.
  5. i am starting avant over jennings this week. he's earned a perm-bench spot on my team. I dont care how good his name is. He's been handicapping my team all year and i'd rather watch him put up 18 points on my bench then ruin another week with 5 points in my lineup. As for Avant. I say he's a major sleeper this week.
  6. I would start Sjax for two reasons. The guy takes a beating every week and keeps on going. He's a freakin tank. Plus - Chicago is terrible right now. There's a darn good chance the Rams are looking at this game as the best chance they have to get a second win on the season. It's not like they can take Jackson out and have a chance. He knows it. The team knows it. The guy will play through the pain. He's as tough as nails.
  7. Driver and Maclin Driver is on fire and is mr. consistent right now. Maclin could get smothered without Djax taking all the attention from defenders. On the other hand he's got HUGE upside without Djax there. If McNabb goes deep you know it will be Maclin who gets the catch.
  8. Chimeras looks like a win to me vs that team. Dragons on the other hand i dont think so. RB Moreno (Den) WR Johnson (Hou) WR Wayne (Ind) These 3 could have huge days. But on any given week brees can throw for 5+ TDs so who knows. You asked for a prediction. Here it is. Chimeras win chance 70% Dragons win chance 40%
  9. I'm in the same boat. Jennings isn't going back into my lineup the way he's playing. Djax can't go. So i picked up Avant and am starting him. He's been studly the past 3 weeks and he dominated the last portion of week 12 after Djax left the game. Maclin will draw extra attention from defenders without Djax in there so Avant should have a great day.
  10. Hey Muto. I really cant say which is a better choice of those two this week. However, I can tell you that my opponent is playing Caddy so I'd say its safe to play him. Whoever my opponents play always do well.
  11. I agree with your lineup decisions. But, i'd like to make a note about your logic. No idea who started this line of thinking but you cannot "nullify" or "cancel out" another teams points by playing his respective QB or WR. It doesn't work like that. You play the guy who puts up the most points. Your opponent does not matter. If you start Meachum and Brees throws him 1 TD how is that more beneficial to you then if you start Avant and he gets a TD? Last I checked the rules say points are points regardless of where they come from. Trust your gut and put in the players you think will do the best. Period.
  12. Start your studs. The only reason you should bench Brees is if he's injured.
  13. I need rice and flacco to outscore the ravens D by 8 points.... It's going to be close because i know how good that D is against a bad team like the browns. Ouch... nail biter coming my way.
  14. i gotta throw a vote at Breaston for this one.
  15. I need every possible point this week. Jets have a good matchup and are coming off a bye. Steelers are on a roll against a fired up bengals. It's hard for me to even consider benching the steelers right now but i can't deny what happened to the ravens and the bears the past two times the bengals played. They are on fire... and the Jets have had two weeks to figure out how to shut down MJD. Thoughts?
