  1. I really need to get some RB help in my lineup and this move would potentially help. B. Marshall has been disappointing, and M. Ball has been MIA. Who knows when he will get back, and it may be too late when he does. McKinnon at least gives me potential productivity, and there is certainly risk with Green. Am I friggin' crazy for considering this?
  2. Any thoughts on a potential Dez Bryant for B. Lloyd trade? Seems pretty even at this point..... Both teams have a number of different weapons- but potential for Bryant to acutally do much more remains.
  3. I keep seeing posts throughout the FF world suggesting that J. Blackmon should still be rostered. Why? Is it time to kick him to the scrap heap until he gets a real QB to chuck him the ball? I had hopes for M. Thomas last year, and he was Gabbertized!!! That long-haired friend of Jesus is B-A-D.
  4. At some point in every season ADP needs to be thrown out the window. This goes for every position. It doesn't matter where or when you pick up a player. Some D/ST are coming off the board in the 6th/7th round based on the belief that they will support that ADP. Additionally, some RBs come off in the 1st round produce like a player that should be on the WW (CJ2K). This is probably bothersome to the person that drafted the 1st round flop. Lastly, I am sure that whoever drafted Fred Jackson in the 6th round was some kind of statistical savant that saw the destruction brewing in FJ's loins! Perhaps everyone just forgot that Fred Jackson was available in the 1st round. It's why we play the game- Luck is a component. Hate the player, not the game......
  5. Sounds like you have hit bottom my man. You need to step away from the game, move to a tent in Australia, grow a beard (or a less groomed one), and make Sensimilia a top priority in your life. Maybe you can exchange stories with the locals about a bloke named Ricky Williams who used to live there. Man, he could fish the hell out of that ocean! How many points do you get for a Marlin? What if he caught the Marlin, then fumbled with it? -2 I suppose.... This conversation is very heavy. I get the 12 step feeling..... I felt the same way this year, and then I got the call from my local. "Are you in man? Yeah, you know your in!" It was like the dealer showing up on my door step again. I didn't even hesitate. Here I sit typing on a FF Blog site, when there is work to be done (Now get back to work!). Every week is like walking up the same mountain I went up last week. I thought I was cured after winning the friggin' thing last year. I guess not. "Every time I try to get out............... they pull me back in!" Hopeless in Detroit... Money.
  6. Thanks- I have been holding on to him for "potential" for a little too long.
  7. I would. It would shore up some of the weakness at RB. Best would be an add-on due to his current status. He has had serious concussion issues in his past. But if he plays, he starts and also fills the void at RB. White has the potential to pull his weight (but has yet to do so!) His team is neither here nor there- he need some core strength. I would pull the trigger on that.
  8. Considering Crabtree for Tampa Mike trade.... Looks to be a straight up even trade considering the looks Crabtree is getting these days. He is showing some upside. 2010 M. Williams would be a different story, but this is 2011. Any comments??
  9. Ryan's complex scheme to single cover Megatron at the end was a stroke of genius. That after watching the dude out-jump 3 Cowboys defenders for a score earlier in the game. The hair is overrated.............GO LIONS!
  10. I own the dude as well, and from what I have heard/read he is struggling with the adjustments Def. have made towards covering him. He may continue to struggle if he can't adjust, and frustration may set in. It has happened to many a WR. He does see plenty of targets, and it is going to be tough to bench him. I suppose that if the offense in general starts to click, then it could open up some opportunities for him. However, Tampa Mike is part of that offense, and perhaps a reason why it isn't clicking. What WR options is Freeman seeing each game? Check #1 Williams, Check #2 Benn, Check #2.5 Winslow, Check Down Blount?? That said, I have been trying to work him and sucky ass Shone Greene into some trade packages. I wouldn't trade for them either......
  11. There is no way that Bush is getting the bulk of the carries. He can't stay healthy and productive under major work loads.
  12. Std. Scoring no PPR Giving Mike Williams for L. Blount-- He needs WR bad, and I need some life at RB. Any thoughts?
  13. Don't do it. The A. Foster situation smells a little fishy. V. Jax will continue to churn out good numbers and give you an edge. It seems the Houston ground attack is doing fine without Foster- they will likely be cautious.
