  1. hahaha i'm on board with that....thanks for that link you sent
  2. So I got roped into a fantasy baseball league for the first time. I dont follow baseball as much as i should(who plays 162 games?!?) but i do have a rough idea of whats going on. It's a salary cap league where I can swap players out each week. The important thing (or so I'm told) is making sure I have 2 start pitchers playing each week. Well the only way I can figure out how to do this is to find a pitcher i like, look at his schedule for that particular week, and repeat. It would be amazing if I could find like a spreadsheet or something that listed all of the teams and the number of games they play per week. I've goggled around but i can't find anything. I was wondering if anybody knew of something like that or had an easier way to figure this out.
  3. with john terry going around banging other guy's ladies, beckham could have conceivable taken over the captainship..... irregardless, the more crap other teams in group c have to deal with the better
  4. really? the bills 3-4?....rrrrrrrright, because that move is going to be about as effective as bringing in T.O. to ignite the offense....
  5. this is getting moronic....these guys are getting paid (at a minimum) hundreds of thousands of dollars to play an incredibly physical and violent sport. I understand and agree with all of these "player safety" rules at the college level, but these are grown men who are getting paid to do this. They know the risks involved and are compensated fairly for it. I personally blame the wussy-ass owners who are so scared of their "investment" being damaged that they institute rules like this or the "brady rule". I'm sure if the players had their way none of this crap would ever be implemented.
  6. They won't move him. They are going with close by committee. Jon Rauch: Twins Using Committee at Closer
  7. Personally I'd say its a toss-up between McCoy and Vincent Jackson. I'd go with McCoy though.
  8. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4994748 jets it is
  9. bills suck, dolphins suck, and the pats aren't nearly as good as they once were....not really big news in the north the packers and vikings are both top of class for NFC, if the bears were in NFC south or west I could see them easily competing for the top of the division. The lions do suck but thats a given.....but with that in mind, i would say the NFC north is definitely tougher then the AFC east
  10. As crappy is it to say, sometimes you just have to let guys go. Sadly peoples priorities change over time, and hopefully it doesn't come to that. That being said, I played in a really weird league a few years ago that gave prizes and punishments for the most and least amount of posts on the messages board each week. We also were required to pick the winner of each weeks games (fantasy, not the actual nfl games) and there was a prize for whoever got the most right. that garbage got old rrrrreal fast.... but still an idea lol
  11. So if a ring is his main goal, the NFC North is waaaay tougher then the AFC east (especially with the bears actually doing poopy in FA) so wouldn't that mean going to the Jets makes the most sense? Shonn Greene is the future of the Jets run game, no question. LT has 1....maybe 2 serviceable seasons left in him. Bringing him in to NY and have him splitting time until he runs out of gas seems really reasonable.
  12. lol yeeeeah.... seneca wallace could be useful in that wildcat set they tried to run with cribbs, but beyond that....he's fairly useless. I'd love to see a straight up competition between quinn and delhomme, but thats just me...
  13. so is this going to more or less successful then their switch to a "wide open spread offense" that the bills were suppose to put in last year?
