I agree with the majority of the comments above. It's a rookie Commish mistake. Def listen to Satellite. I've seen similar situations in my past years get "righted" with owners who kept a level head.

Def league hate. Unfortunately I've found that other league members often forget that a trade is supposed to benefit the two teams involved and NOT every other team in the league. That's the main reason I hate Veto Polls. I'm a fan of the commish having supreme power as crazy as that sounds.

Drop Sproles. His value isn't nearly as high in standard scoring leagues. Bell is a RB1 if (when?) Bush goes down, so I'd hold onto him.
