As others have said depends on league and how cut throat. My main league would go with how rules are written and you'd be out of luck so to speak. That said having an August 1 deadline really makes no sense at all.

Agreed, and the window to make money is much shorter than other positions (unless you're made of titanium like Frank Gore).

It won't be every single catch or TD, most will obviously not be pass interference. Point taken for the ones that are aggressively contested. But we're all going to have to live with holding our breath.

Ideally they'd just reverse obvious calls but that's not what's going to happen.

Agree. Even more so in today's game with many more offensive plays (i'm guessing, don't have the stats), defenses are exhausted usually when game gets to OT

It's going to be a team like the Jets who really needs a RB and wants to help a young QB. Personally I don't think he's worth what he'll get paid but someone will do it.

Think you have to run the clock down there, lot of articles have criticized not going for it on 4th down though which I'm pretty sure would have been the smarter play and type of play Belichek normally does.
