  1. V. Davis and Keller would both be excellent choices, and in that order. They will be seeing a good amount of targets. F. Davis not a bad choice, but Cooley will crimp his style.
  2. Pick up and start McMichael. He should have a better game than all three. Drop Casey.
  3. I rank Greene and Tate about the same. I would flip a coin and drop Tate. When Foster returns his productivity will really suffer.
  4. I rate them almost equal. I would start Sproles in ppr. Hope this helps.
  5. They are still in business. What makes you think that they arent?
  6. I own Miles Austin and Austin Collie in both of my ppr leagues. Austin may still not be 100% and is likely facing Revis of the Jets. Collie may not be 100% healthy either and has K. Collins at qb. He is facing a pretty soft Texans secondary however. Any thoughts on using Collie instead of Austin?
  7. He obviously has a very tough matchup against the Packers. I own him in both of my leagues and will be starting him in both. That being said, he is my number 2 and number 3 back, and I would not start Fred Jackson over him.
  8. Foster responded by saying that the mri was a joke, and that Clayton had no sense of humor. Was Foster claiming that this was not his mri? If it was his mri, ESPN's resident doctor read the mri and made his diagnosis. I find it hard to believe that this was all a big joke by Foster. Where there is smoke there is usually fire.
  9. I'm in ppr leagues where qb gets 4 points for td. I'm from the school of thought to draft your qb late. I usually load up on my core players and then typically start looking for a qb in the 7th ot 8th round. In my leagues decent qb's like Flacco, Stafford, Bradford E. Manning, etc. are still available. I've read articles recommending drafting a qb when 8 or 9 are off the board, and taking your second qb shortly thereafter. When you look at projected points for the season, even qbs like Cutler, McNaab and Fitzpatrick arent far behind them. Would it make sense to grab my rb 4 and wr 4 before looking at qb? I've monitored some of the actual drafts in my league and observed some of the top players choosing rb's and te's after the first 10 rounds in some cases, before selecting a qb or te. Any thoughts?
  10. Like I said, I dont necessarily disagree with the ranking, I was only wondering what happed between this week and last to cause the big jump in our rankings?
  11. In many of the mock drafts that I have done, utilizing The Huddles PPR cheat sheets, I find myself selecting Justin Forsett as my running back 5 quite often. There has been talk that Leon Washington will be the primary third down back this year. Forsett is ranked #35 in my custom cheat sheets, which is a basic ppr league. Obviously he must grade out well. He is even ranked ahead of Jonathan Stewart, Tim Hightower,CJ Spiller, and other decent backs. What is his appeal? I dont see it.
  12. I have alot of respect for Jon Millman. His site, Fantsy Football Champs is not in the same league with The Huddle, in my opinion. His rankings however are excellent. I used to subscribe to Rotoworld, an NBC owned company, run by Gregg Rosenthall. They didnt update the rankings as often as they claimed, and were really prone to making errors. I found this to be very unprofessional. Very surprising for a big company like that. Football Guys is excellent but I personally feel like its information overload with them. All in all, considering the professional manner in which The Huddle is run, the great writing, as well as the expertise of David Dorey, I believe this site to be the best, in my opinion.
  13. Zooty cut and pasted the news from Rotoworld. In it Freeman states that Blount will not be the third down back. I think you may have misread it.
