  1. I was, but with Mahomes out and darnald as my back up with Big ben and Brees riding pine im hurting. Took a beating at RB with the Hunt being a dumb (the really bad word) and Kamara beat up - main backups there are ekeler and drake. Took a dump with the other idiot antonio brown, next in line are kilton, shepard, kupp and AJ brown. I was in first, now in fifth. Also, he just updated deal to I give: AJ Brown and 1st and 3rd rounder I get: Cooks and Alshon
  2. I give: 2020 1st round pick (I'll probably finish in the top 6) 2020 2nd pick AJ Brown I get: Alshon Jeffrey Brandin Cooks I have high hopes for Aj Brown, will he be a perennial 1000+ receiver every year like cooks has proven to be (Id be nice if he caught more TDs) Basically this deal boils down to Cooks>Brown, and two picks for alshon? I'm leaning against this deal but maybe I'm just having a bias that Brown is already on my team - I find it hard to get rid of rookies that are already contributing in their first seasons
  3. This depends on where in the first round in 2018 the pick ends up. For this season I have to give the edge to the Brown side of the trade. Tannehill has not gotten any better in terms of yards and TDs and Landry suffers because of it. Thomas has done little since leaving DEN but if Lynch can find more consistency, he has the physicality to over take Siemian for the starting job under a new HC with Mike McCoy back as the OC. I can see the Landry side winning out over the next few years and is an intriguing side of the deal. If Landry can get to a team with a better QB he could be a top 10 WR in the leagu. OJ has a great opportunity for sucess in the next two years once he passes Brate on the depth charts. Tannehill is only a Bye week filler but the Round 1 pick can make up for that.
  4. PPR...thanks though, can't throw out names like Odell to a Giants fan. I agree, I'm focused on getting an RB
  5. Thanks again. This is a pretty active Dynasty league. As soon as the trade got approved, someone reached out to me and said 3 first round picks and a young receiver for Odell. now I have some thinking to do. Either first and second round this year for 1.05 or shoot for odell/brown WR combo giving maybe 1.08, 2018 first, 2019 first, and sterling shepard.
  6. I accepted the trade before I got this response. I was thinking basically the same thing. It's been a while since I need to value rookie draft picks. The guy with the 1.05 was going to be my next target to trade as well. Hunt and Perine we already on my draft list for my 1.08 pick. So thanks for the insight. This confirmed that I was thinking in the right direction. Can 1.08 and 2.08 alone possibly get me to 1.05 or do I need to look into throwing a player as well?
  7. Hi all, need a little advice. Our Rookie draft is this Wednesday. I just took over the team posted below. Its my first Dynasty leagues in 5 years so I'm still evaluating my team. Seems to be in somewhat of a rebuilding phase unless Gillislee and richard take a step up I need help at RB, I know the draft this year is pretty deep. Trade my Crowder for pick 1.09 and 2.12 I have pick 1.08 and 2.08 He's also trhowing in Langford - anything to see here? Is crowder's size a concern? Is this his break out yeat? I assuming that, while there is real talent at RB with the 8 and 9 picks, there isn't an immediate impact player to help my RB corps. Do Ipull the trigger on this trade? Brees, Drew NOS QB 5 361.70 Roethlisberger, Ben PIT QB 9 291.45 Bibbs, Kapri SFO RB 11 28.40 Carey, Ka'Deem CHI RB 9 23.20 Drake, Kenyan MIA RB 11 42.50 Gillislee, Mike NEP RB 9 114.10 Johnson, Chris FA RB - 15.50 Mathews, Ryan PHI RB 10 145.10 Rainey, Bobby FA RB - 38.50 Richard, Jalen OAK RB 10 114.70 Smith, Antone FA RB - 16.40 Starks, James FA RB - 59.00 Brown, Antonio PIT WR 9 308.30 Cobb, Randall GBP WR 8 148.30 Crowder, Jamison WAS WR 5 188.80 Ginn Jr., Ted NOS WR 5 145.70 Hilton, T.Y. 8. Faced Brees, Odell, and Cooks this week - they accounted for 103.8 points alone. Needless to say, I need Marshall and Fitzgerald to have 36 points each.
  9. A falling starter and his promising backup for two change of pace guys who rely on catching the ball? I'm actually not even sure how to rank this trade. Powell doesn't get the ball enough to make a difference but that could change and he has shown a good skill set rushing, receiving, and pass blocking n the past. Forte is maybe just slumping on a team that is playing terrible? If Fitzpatrick can prove that he can throw the ball again forte may find some more space. Or powell could be handed the rains and given room to prove he can handle the job. On the other hand, Coleman is supposed to be the back up to Freeman but has outscored him? both coleman and freeman are ranked 7th and 8th respectively in my league. Even with Freeman breaking out the last two weeks, coleman hasn't slowed down. Though he will through in the bad game every when he's not utilized in the passing game. Gio is just okay and relies heavily on receiving TDs. I'd take the ups and downs and go Coleman and Gio
  10. I would lean Ingram as well, he is a clear work horse
  11. you filled a gap at WR without losing anything at RB Luck and Brees are pretty even, slight edge to Brees maybe? I like the trade
  12. I get DJ and Floyd, he Gets Marshall and Doug Martin - this is what is being discussed right now. My team 2-3 QB: Stafford, Winston RB: Martin, Gio, D Washinton, Dixon, Artis-Paine WR: Marshall, Fitzgerald, Baldwin, Fuller, Meredith TE: Olsen, Miller His Team 0-5 QB:Tyrod Taylor RB: DJ, Miller, Derrick Henry, McKinnon WR: Cobb Enunwa, Maclin, Diggs, Floyd, Aghalor, Humphries TE: Walker Eifert Other discussons include: Olsen and Martin for DJ and Floyd Gio and Fuller for Miller and floyd - his counter was martin and fuller for miller and floyd I have high hopes for Martin and not as much for Miller Any suggestions?
  13. I like Stewart because he should see the ball more than White who is reliant upon the passing game. Though, Stewart has some competition creeping up behind him in CAP.
  14. I would start Hilton only because every time I sit a guy like that based on match up he explodes. In your shoes it might work out, but i'd start him
  15. I would do the trade and hope the Forte picks up his game - he should. You need the help at WR and James white will be serviceable for bye weeks if needed
