  1. Thanks, ya nfl.com got back to me as well. However they said 1st place guy was 2-1, 2nd, 1-1, and 3rd 0-2 (which he played 3 total games, so should be 1-2 like i said). So i am assuming the win percentage is how it goes, either way, 3rd will remain in 3rd.
  2. First, we have H2H set as tiebreaker. We have no divisions, so by nfl.com it should then move down to points for correct? Head-to-Head Record (NFL-Managed Default) Divisional Winning Percentage (if your custom league uses multiple divisions) (No divisions) Points Scored For Points Scored Against (Most Difficult Schedule) Coin Flip Here is the problem. The guys 1st through 3rd are all 9-4-0. Each of their points for as the ranks currently sit: 1st - 1461.34 2nd - 1400.72 3rd - 1552.10 Head to head results: 1st and 3rd place owners played in week 1 and 10, they are 1-1 on the year. 1st beat 2nd h2h, 1-0. 2nd beat 3rd, 1-0. 3rd also has highest points against. SO, is this the reason that the 3rd place guy is in 3rd? Because the 2nd place guy beat him (the 3rd place guy), and the 1st place guy beat the 2nd place guy. Orrrr
  3. Def not sayin dont let people do what they wanna do, but there are cases where you have a known NOOB in your league, and you also have known experienced owners. I mean I guess let noobs learn the hard way is one way you could look at it...but I also think it could be detrimental to the league to some degree if the noob is being taken serious advantage of. I just don't see where we can decide its collusion for one trade, and how veto'ing over OUR interpretation (as a commish) or assumption of collusion, is any diff then veto'ing one we feel is bad for any other reason....if we have no proof they are colluding.
  4. I always see this "if there is no collusion", my question is how and the heck can you tell from ONE trade...if its collusion. I mean, sure if they keep making questionable, heavily weighted to one team trades over and over. In a case like this, if its their first trade together, or first questionable one together....how do you deem it "collusion" or just a poor decision that YOU wouldn't make.
  5. Chances of him not getting back are slim to none IMO. And lets not forget Mathews has a broken clavicle, and realistically will miss some time. And the fact he finds a way to get banged up otherwise as well. It's a bit of a gamble...but to me Holmes is blah. Brown is decent I suppose. And Mathews worries me. Whether or not he doesnt start right away...Jax needs him, lol...they know it. Obviously they arent going to give in to him, and he has to break soon before he gets any more fines or loses game checks. If he doesn't "start" right away...it wont be long, and he will be beast again. Not to mention a WR upgrade IMO while you have 2 other RBs in the meantime in DMC/Charles.
  6. TBH, if i am @ #4 or #5...(outside Foster/Mccoy/Rice) I am goin Rodgers. Every year I TRY to play the QBBC...and every year it backfires on me. Either the ones I get never turn out at all, OR I start the wrong one though prediction wise it shoulda been the right one. For once I would like to have a SURE qb every week. I think there is enough RB/WR out there I can put together a decent team without taking one @ #4-5. I'd take Rodgers deeper as well like 6+ lol...if he made it that far. That said...I wouldnt take any other qb there. Stafford I think is good, he SHOULD have another big year while our run game sucks. I mean I like staff a LOT. Just, in a re-draft I still woulda gone Brees or Brady before him, and not until mid 2nd rd. I don't see why taking Greene where you did is a bad thing. 8th round for him is pretty solid. Yes he has some question marks, but he will still put up some numbers worth 8th round. Helu on the other hand i dunno what'll happen in Wash with RB's...who does. Overall I like drafts 2 & 3 the best. First 7 picks are solid starters, and then Greene @ 8 to mix with Fjax in #3...Can't say I am in love with Meachem yet, or Colston (with the number of mouths to feed), same with Lloyd, he is obviously #1, just never know what Brady's gonna do or use.
  7. Larry Fitz, Julio Jones, AJ Green. While I think roddy will still see enough targets to possibly out reception some of these guys. I think he's lost a lil bit, and the overall production of these guys will be greater.
  8. Yep, like det said, these guys wont want to pay for the site. Just too casual and id have to probably talk em all through MFL, which I dont wanna do...did that last yr for the dynasty i commish, and that was enough haha
  9. First and foremost, i wasnt sure if this was the right place to ask this. I do 5 MFFL dynasty leagues, commish one. I have ran a yahoo league for several years, but not until this year do we have to do it "live online". I am running it through yahoo because some of the owners arent too hardcore, they are comfortable with the format etc. My question is, do any of you run a league on yahoo.com? If so, do you know if I can turn OFF the timer completely and just do it manually? This way we can take lil breaks if we want because some of us are going to meet to do it. A couple have to autopick/set preferences. If you can't do that time it manually...can you pause the draft entirely until I restart it? Basically don't wanna get together for draft and then be like whoops, cant pause it, and we get 3min timers. It'd seem there should be all the options above, but who knows...and I have never tried this on yahoo before. If we can't...we may be switching to nfl.com's. Cuz i know a buddy of mine runs one on there and he paused his for an hour last year due to internet complications at the location they held the majority of the in person owners meeting place for his league. Thanks in advance.
  10. I couldnt take a TE at that pick as said above, period. I do agree of being cautious about picking older players, though proven, dont provide long term dynasty value. However, if you get a guy who is 26yo and proven, how can that be bad? Let's be real...he has at least 4yrs left. In first round i'd rather take a vet with 4yrs left and proven track record then a younger guy with maybe one. Far as stafford, id never take him there...and im near detroit and a big fan...just not the place. To each their own i suppose.
  11. Agree, outside of McCoy...you are going to go on the hope someone pans out. Leshoures already out 2 games at this point...and the rest are in very uncertain situations from a ffb perspective. McCoy is young in a great spot.....with little competition...you can't let em go without an unreal deal.
  12. Not to mention you are fine at qb...and not fine starting blount, lol. I would also not do it and if interested in another 1st seeking it another way.
  13. Well said hook...you never know what you are going to get with that guy.
