Only trade McCoy for an elite WR. But remember any move you make right now in getting rid of McCoy you're not going to get even money for. He's a buy low right now, and smart owners are hoping for someone like you to just completely lose patience with a guy who when he's on is as good as anybody at his position.

No, a Bernard/Charles 1-2 punch at RB is your bread and butter, you probably have a top 5 QB without Manning. Your WR corps are underwhelming, go for that.
