  1. Bolden has been ruled out this week for the Patriots, so RIDLEY vs. Jets is definitely your man. Bolden had a tendency to poach some yards and TDs, but not this week. Woodhead will still steal a few I'm sure, but if the Pats have a good game this week I think Ridley will put up good numbers. I picked up Powell off waivers in a 12 man league after my speculative Jahvid Best pickup didn't work out. I haven't even considered starting him for anything besides a bye week fill in yet. I've got Gore, Ridley, and Morris going this week (Gore had a good night last night already).
  2. I wouldn't want him on the bench this week vs. New Orleans. My guess is Greg Jennings' value (and that of a lot of other Packers) will be rising now. Schedule gets a bit easier from here on out...facing the 49ers Wk 1 and the Seahawks Wk 3 didn't help. Their offense will hit their stride soon enough.
  3. M. Ingram is not consistent enough to be a starter in my opinion. I flat out dropped him today for a speculative FA pickup. He's behind Thomas and Sproles. He might see an occasional goal line TD, but good luck guessing which week to start him. I'm in a 12 team league and still found no use for him. Almost traded him but it fell through...wish I could have unloaded him for something, but I just had to drop him. NFL Fantasy Live on NFL Network was just talking about dropping him the other day. No one is high on Ingram right now. You could pick him up and cross your fingers he does OK in your one bye week. I wouldn't count on him for anything though.
  4. I've always been a fan of putting an RB in flex whenever possible. Too much bust potential at WR/TE in my opinion. If it were me I'd put Ridley in just so I knew I'd get some points. Others might have different views...
  5. Right now I have these guys starting: F. Gore @NYJ (weaker rated run D, and he's the closest thing I have to a stud RB) S. Ridley @Buf (OK run D, but better than my other matchups) C. Benson vsNO (I think the Pack will finally be establishing the run from the get go and going back to it when necessary. Still a pass first team, but I see Benson getting 20+ carries vs. most teams, and NO has a pretty horrid D) On my bench: A. Brown @Phi (seem to have a decent run D, and he'll be splitting with Bradshaw now) A. Morris @TB (Decent run D, and I have a gut feeling Ryan Grant and RGIII will be stealing most TDs) T. Choice vsNE (Got him for basically nothing out of free agency today; he'll probably be splitting with Jackson though) R. Grant (I don't know why I grabbed him today...more of a handcuff w/ Morris than anything...) Would Brown, Morris, or Choice be better options? 12 man league, so there's really nothing good in free agency...not many people in my league are involved enough to get into trades, so it looks like these are my options for now.
  6. Hope you started Fitz. He's going off this week.
  7. I would bench AP this week because it's the 49ers. That is a great matchup for the Saints vs KC. Should produce good points.
  8. I'm in the same situation and I'm starting Morris, for what it's worth. Came down to the matchup for me.
  9. I had Andre Brown in this week at RB2, so I'm already in OK shape. Don't need to be taking any big risks for big rewards. They announced that K. Britt won't be limited on snaps but he will be limited on the routes he can run. I see bigger potential for a big game here, but I also see the possibility for a bust with the Titans offense. Yahoo has Sidney Rice projected to score a few decimals more than Britt, but the Packers secondary has been looking better recently (still liable to give up a big play here and there though). What do you think?
  10. Dang it. First I heard.Guess I'm not sitting Ftiz this week... I'll be putting Britt in Nicks place and crossing my fingers. Out of the options you listed, McCluster jumped out at me as a good matchup. I was looking at picking him up as a free agent this morning, but don't think I have room on my roster for him. I would strongly consider starting him this week...the Saints secondary has been fairly porous.
  11. Team in sig. I'm tempted to do it b/c Fitz isn't performing, would be nice to have a fill in...although Bryant hasn't really been performing either.
  12. I wouldn't call it lopsided in your favor. James Starks is worthless, and Tamme and McGahee will showcase their vale as the season progresses. Are you leaving yourself thin at RB with this trade? You want to trade in your favor...I wouldn't be too worried about trying to keep things perfectly even.
  13. I don't see him breaking the handcuffs for a stand in for Hernandez. If I had Hernandez I would just drop my worst player and look to the waiver wire for a fill in... Did he express interest in Rudolph? If not, he's not going to be very motivated to bite on your offers.
  14. To be honest, I wouldn't even consider it if I were him...
