Bell?? Which Bell do you think is going to win the starting job......Mike or Tatum? I'm thinking of taking a flier on M. Bell. It's my turn to draft in my 12 team re-draft email league. I need a #3 rb and the only note worthy backs left are D. Rhodes, C. Benson, A. Green or M. Bell. Rhodes and Green both have the same bye week of one of my two rb"s (C. Taylor). C. Benson is already injured and probably will split carries with T. Jones. Now M. Bell could be an absolute bonanza if he wins the starting job. So which Bell are you speaking of??

As a matter of fact after the blind bids are processed on Wednesdays, a first come first serve format is in effect up to the kickoff of the first game of the week. I also was thinking it shouldn't matter to much. I still should be able to pick up bye week/injury replacements relatively cheap or more than likely free after waivers are processed. Being this is my first time in blind bidding, I've been kind of obsessing about it and a little apprehensive because I think there might be a bit of a learning curve I'll have to suffer through. I hope it won't be a big deal and from the comments and advice I've read, it sounds like it shouldn't be. Thanks for the advise guys.

Previously, I've played exclusively in 12 team, re-draft leagues using either "worst to first" or "first come first serve" waiver formats. I've taken the plunge and am playing in a 12 team re-draft league using a blind bid format that has 250.00 blind bid dollars to start with. However, you can bid $0 dollars or as much as you have remaining in your blind bid account. Obviously if you use all your blind bidding bucks you are broke. In previous leagues, a strategy I used was to draft only one K, TE and Def. on my team. I used the extra roster spots to stock up on RB's and WR's. I felt to carry a #2 Kicker, Tight End or Def. Team was a waisted roster spot because usually those positions could easily be plucked from the waiver wire or FA pool when needed for an injury replacement or a bye week fill in. Now that I'm in a blind bid format, is that a wise strategy to use ? I may have to pay bidding bucks to replace those positions if they are not already on my roster. Do those of you that play in blind bidding formats try to keep a #2 K, TE or Def on your roster?

Philly and Balt have the toughest defenses to run on. Pittman, MaGhee and A. Smith have the most favorable matchups. If you believe going with the good matchups those are your three guys.

I would find a way to get Briggs in there somehow. He will be a busy man against Manning and the Indy offense. There is a very good potential for a lot of points. I would probably replace Smith for Briggs.

It seems like I have to deal with game time decisions almost every week with this lineup full of cripples, their backups and underachievers. I need to start (1) WR, (1) RB and (3) Off/flex (RBs or WRs). We score 1pt for every 15yds rushing or receiving (no points for receptions). Here are my choices : RB's T. Jones vs Ind. A. Thomas vs Ind. C. Brown @ Jac A. Smith @ Jac. K. Jones @ Det. S. Jackson @ Buff. K. Barlow vs Tamp. WR's R. Williams @ Min. M. Muhammad vs Ariz M. Robinson vs Det. P. Burress @ Cin. This is the best I can come up with..... RB - T. Jones WR - M. Muhammad Off/Flex - K. Barlow, K. Jones and R. Williams Would you make any changes? Help mine and I'll help yours.
