  1. Am I the only one seeing a wide variance between the Huddle and other sites relative to strength of schedule rankings? After a quick check of fantasypros, FFtoday, PFF, Scout, and others, I noticed the Huddle seems to have the largest variance when compared to all other sites. Most of the others sites all seem to list New England and Carolina as having the easiest schedule against the run for RBs, with New England being the top of most and Carolina being no lower than 3rd. On the Huddle's SOS for RBs show a completely different list starting with Denver, Jac, Min etc. Could this variation be explained by the Huddle's method of removing the effects of the unusually bad or good game for defenses by eliminating their best and worst games before determining their average fantasy points allowed for each position?
  2. Folks, need some help here. I have been offered Allen Robinson and a first round pick in 2018 for Mike Evans. At first, I was not considering it, but now I am thinking it might be worth it. Evans is #1 or #2, while A-Rob is #11-15. Does the first round pick in 2018 make up the difference? Standard yardage scoring and TDs, with 1 PPR.
  3. Its been widely reported that OBJ will barely play today. The Giants can't really improve their playoff position. All that said, keep OBJ on the bench. I would start Robinson or DJax.
  4. For what its worth, here is a report from rotworld via Jay Glazer. FOX's Jay Glazer reported Jamaal Charles will only play 10-15 snaps in Sunday night's game at Pittsburgh. That's less than Charcandick West has been playing. Charles will be a bit player in his return ahead of Kansas City's Week 5 bye. Spencer Ware will continue to be the Chiefs' feature back against the Steelers. Oct 2 - 12:51 PM
  5. It was Derrick Johnson, the Chief's LB. Here is what he said about Jamaal Charles playing RB on the scout team two weeks ago. “It’s crazy, sometimes he makes these cuts and breaks on us and coach doesn’t even fuss at us, cause he knows that’s Jamaal Charles"
  6. Just noticed, I keep saying "david carr", but I mean Derrick Carr. Oops, my age is having an effect.
  7. I think its really a personal preference thing. To me, Olsen is not much of a drop-off from Gronk and Hyde had a good game in week If you really think Hyde will outperform Freeman and Coleman, I would do it. That said, you do have the ATL backfield locked-up and they should have a better offense than the 49ers. Really a preference thing.
  8. This is killing me. I really need a #1 RB with Jamaal Charles having so much doubt. Anyone have any further thoughts? David Carr would be a huge upgrade for me, I think. Lacey has a good schedule and I think is in for better days. That said, Everyone is predicting Odell will go off this week and Lacey wills struggle. Looking long-term, I am waffling
  9. Thanks for the advice guys! Right now, you have made this clear as mud :-) I am leaning toward pulling the trigger, but your comments are making me waffle.
  10. Huddles, need some quick advice and confirmation please. I am in dire straights with my roster, as I have Jamaal Charles and weak QBs. Roster: QB: Tony Romo, Prescott, Flacco RB: Jamaal Charles, Abdullah, Duke Johnson, Devante Booker, Charles Simms WR: Beckham, Mike Evans, Kelvin Benjamin, Funchess, Kevin White TE: Eifert, Ebron With an absolute horrible QB situation with Romo out, along with Charles very iffy to play week 2, I have been offered the following trade. Beckham for Eddie Lacey & David Carr. I feel like I should pull the trigger and get a starting RB, along with a major upgrade at QB. I feel good about Benjamin long term and would plug him into Beckham's spot. Would you guys do this trade? Standard scoring league.
  11. I have the same problem with most, but i do find the fantasy footballers podcast tollerable. Well organized and mostly professional production quality. Let me know what you think. They do it full time. The ESPN fantasy focus football with Barry and Yates isn't too bad either, but they do mess around a lot
