Just an update, we held our draft tonight. I went with Luck, Bell, ODB. Receiving corp looked better with Calvin Johnson in it, but I didn't do too bad replacing him: ODB, Brandin Cooks, Keenan Allen, Davante Adams, and Jarvis Landry. Plus I got Reuben Randle late as insurance in case ODB has onjury flare ups. Running backs aren't as strong now, but you gotta make compromises. Bell, Melvin Gordon, Arian Foster, Danny Woodhead, Christine Michael.

I'm tempted to go this way, but probably won't because 1) this is a 12 team league with three keepers. Most the other teams will keep at least one of their top receivers, which would probably leave me with none since I'm drafting 11th in the 1st round. It's a question of balance. And 2) I am weary of Jamaal Charles given the amount of work he's gotten over the last few years. He may not be there yet, but he's approaching that age where rb's drop off. Bell, on the other hand, is young and coming off a monster season. That's even more true for ODB. Will he have as big of a season as last year? Probably not with Cruz coming back, but he's definitely the unquestioned #1 guy there.

Not to mention Megatron will turn 30 this month. It doesn't mean the same thing for receivers as it does for running backs, but he has been dealing with injuries lately. Even if he returns to form, ODB is a playmaking beast in his own right. And he's 22. Thanks for the input. That's the way I'm leaning for now, but it's good to get outside opinions.
