Will be curious as to who they are targeting at QB? Will Wash or NE move out of 2/3 or are the Vikings looking to move into 4/5? Williams seem to be #1 but what happens after that? Washington seems to be linked to Maye and Daniels to NE. If McCarthy is their target, what happens if NE takes him at three? Do they pivot to Daniels, who is a different type of QB than McCarthy in my opinion. OR do they sit pat and take a top D player at 11 and then take Penix or Nix at 23? Going to be really fun day one for Vikings fans! ( hopefully)

Just heard on local KFAN radio that the Vikings are matching Barkley's offer. With Swift going to the Bears and Jacobs going to the Packers and Lions already having Gibbs and Monty the Viking needs a top RB! Also makes me think that Cousins is gone and the Vikings are going to try and move up in draft to get their rookie . ( Cousins just signed 4 year deal with Falcons per his agents tweet! )

I thought the drawing of the box was the defensive player, typically DB's, saying that it was their territory and they successfully defended it. But maybe that is too simplistic? I agree with Finn about the defense celebrating in the end zone after each forced turnover. Especially when they are down by double digit points. It is just annoying.

It was clearly a blocked punt as I saw it on video and also read about it in numerous articles about the game. However, as you said it may be because the ball traveled past the line of scrimmage it is considered deflected and not blocked. Hopefully this does not effect the outcome of the game as it could decide a playoff spot! uhggg.

My auction league awards 4 points per blocked punt. We use MFL and for some reason the blocked punt is not being credited to the Steelers ST/D. There was clearly a blocked punt early in 4th quarter which lead to the Steelers final points. My keeper league also used MFL and the the blocked punt does not show up in the Steelers stats there either. Any other websites not showing the blocked punt?

Agree that Dobbs did not cost much and is probably better option than the rookie. He does have weapons, especially when JJ comes back. Defense is playing well so maybe a Case Keenum type scenario?? 😏 Vikings need to figure out the running game though. Not sure why KOC keeps giving Mattison the ball as Ackers just seems to be more explosive... Plus Mattison seems to be a horrible pass blocker

I too think you gave up too much. Kamara is a PPR machine right now and that does not seem to be changing anytime soon. Should have been even up for JJ at best.

Fields being hurt right now makes it seem overly slanted towards Mahomes/Kelce for sure but I never advocate a veto unless you know there is collusion. Redraft or keeper league?? Doe Kelce owner have another good TE. Really hard to tell without seeing full rosters. Mahomes >> Fields (due to injury) Swift < Walker Evan < Waddle Kelce >> Ridley Classic multiplayer trade to get the one or two guys you really want.

Coach Shanahan presser seems to indicate Mitchell has earned the role but Mason got the carries when CMac went out. Is either worth a pickup??

agree that the Commish should set the line up based on projections. Tough part is that without an active owner the line up could get decimated by injuries etc and teams playing against could still get an unfair advantage.

Is it time to trade Hunter and Cousins if we can get anything for either?? At this point we may be 4th in the North. Next week vs Bears will be big test. Fields is on fire right now so who knows. Vikings tend to struggle in Chicago. SF comes to MN the week after..... They go to Lambeau after that and then to Atlanta. JJ could be back vs Saints or maybe Denver the week after that. They were struggling with JJ so not sure how they get better without him.

Vikings are going to struggle this year. 1st place schedule including all 4 teams were in conference champ games last year (Chiefs/Bengal and Eagles/Niners ) and just lost to the Bucs... Offensive line is in shambles with two starters already hurt and D Line could not get pressure on Baker! This could be a 5-12 team especially if they lose all the one score games they won last year. Packers and Lion both looked really good week one and they always lose to the Bears at least once. Should beat Panthers, Falcons, Broncos and Bears once. Should lose to Eagles, Chargers, Chiefs, 49ers, Packers, Lions and Bengals. Packers and Lions could sweep and Saints, Raiders and Bears in Chicago are toss up games. Could be a long year for the purple.
