Not sure of the year, but definitely in the 1990s and definitely when it was free. Was a regular poster for a long time but have been fairly inactive the past 3 to 5 years I guess. During which time my fantasy fortunes have plummeted. perhaps there is a connection there.

I have the same Palmer vs Cutler decision. I'm starting Palmer if he plays, too many negatives with Cutler this week I think.

I've been thinking about the best PPR scoring scheme. I think PPR came about as a way to attempt to deemphasize the RB position a little bit by putting more weight onto receivers, and also by making more RBs startable. But as I look at some week 1 results this year, I think the balance maybe has shifted too much. I look at guys like Greg Olsen, Pierre Garcon, Jordy Nelson - they all had decent weeks, but PPR scoring made them into superstars. I'm beginning to think that 1/2 point PPR might be preferable to full point PPR - any thoughts?

I hate to kick a man when he's down - but if what you say is true than the tiering is considerably less insightful than I had previously thought.

Appreciate all of the effort to gte us Excel/PDF copies of the cheat sheets at a minimum - would have been nice though if these versions at least retained the tier cutoffs, that's important info on draft night.

Agreed 20 MPH is healthy, but as a Marshall owner I'm going to trust Cutler's gun I think.

I think it's the right move also. Cousins looked good last season in his limited opportunity, the Redskins would be foolish to go into this offseason without knowing what they have there. If he looks or even close to good, I think there would be a number of teams who would show some level of interest in Cousins in the offseason. I think Washington has way too much invested in RGIII to contemplate Cousins as the long-term answer, but it still makes sense to me to get rid of any uncertainty regarding his ability so they can better gameplan their future. I'm not sure that this is necessarily Shanahn's motivation in making the move because he looks like a short-timer to me, but I do think it's the best move for the franchise.

I like the idea of having replay refs independent of the on field crew, but don't see why they would have to be at the game rather than being off site. I suspect having all crews off site would be a little cheaper without sacrificing quality so I'd do it that way, same as the NHL does with goal replays. Not sure how baseball does it woth the homerun replays.

Understood that Haden could be covering Marshall or Jeffery, or could be rotating between the two - but regardless, if you're trying to aniticipate Marshall's production this weekend then I think Haden's presence on the other side of the line has to be part of your thought process.

I remeber reading here a couple weeks ago about Revis' insane stats going into his matchup against megatron, a columnist cited that through ten games Revis had only allowed 19 catches for 128 yards and one TD, something like that. Anyone know where stats like this can be found? I'm particularly interested in Haden's stats and how concerned I should be about them as a Brandon Marshall owner.
