  1. Most people are that way anyways, make up their mind one way or the other and stick with it. As a Seahawks fan my first impression was we got away with one (though I never thought it was the egregious blight to football Chucky was making it out to be), which I was fine with (thought there were plenty of blatantly bad calls that when the Packers way to give them the leed in the first place and the Seahawks had played well enough to get the win). The more detailed analysis I saw the in the following days, the more I changed my mind, I now firmly believe the proper call was made (and upheld) on the field. Most telling to me is the detail and evidence provided by those proving it was the proper call as opposed to the "because I said so" defenses of it being the "worst call in NFL history".
  2. No reason to put win in quotes. Whether you think final call was legitimate, Seahawks played well enough in that game to earn the win and the Packers got some critical bad calls of their own. As far as the home tag, this team is finding a way to shed it. At any rate, the Seahawks are a much improved team from the one that mostly outplayed GB early in the season.
  3. Whether you think it was enough to justify any kind of control or not, the slow motion video clearly shows that Tate made and maintained contact with the ball with his left hand BEFORE Jennings ever touched it.
  4. Yeah, I am trying to figure out if that is better or worse than officials ruining a good football game played between a very good team and a mediocre media darling.
  5. For some reason I thought it was closer to the end of the drive than that.
  6. And the PI I am referring to was actually against Chancellor on third down in the red zone and ultimately led to GB's TD. I am thinking it is likely GB would of kicked a field goal on 4th and 2, but of course with time and score being different the whole game would have changed anyways.
  7. And important to note, if not for that the Seahawks would have likely only needed a field goal to win.
  8. There were questionable calls (and no calls) through out the game going both ways. That being said, as a Seahawks fan, I feel for the Packers, they were thoroughly hosed on that last play and that unfairly handed the Seahawks the game. The way the Seahawks played in the second half, they certainly didn't deserve it. Until the Steelers get jobbed out of a Super Bowl against the Seahawks when they are the superior team on the day, nothing will ever make up for that.
  9. Took almost a complete flush of the team to clean up his mess. But if you like 5'7" cornerbacks you will be happy.
  10. -65 yards in the wrong direction is a positive gain of 65 yards I think.
  11. No stat corrections for the games that have already been played.
  12. The defender briefly got a hold of Zack Millers jersey off the line, though not enough to effect Miller in any way. Technically holding, but probably shouldn't have been called.
  13. We had a rule in a league that I used to be in that if you didn't submit a line up and lost there was a $5 fee.
  14. Now we are talking. And in turn, after the game, they should get tasered by the league for each blatant missed or bad call they make.
