Usually I can google a game and at least see the score. Absolutely nothing on the pro bowl. When guys stayed on teams for their careers and there was a true rivalry, it made sense. But now it's so rare to stay with the same team, there really is no concept of NFC or AFC loyalty. And I don't think there is any premium for commercial airtime; networks would probably make more money airing Golden Girls reruns.
So who won?
Edit: I just read that the prize money was $88k to winning players. Lol. The minimum salary is $750k, and nobody in the Pro Bowl is making the minimum. Given how much money comes into the NFL, if they want any prestige in the Pro Bowl, they're going to have to up the payout. Then they can bring in viewers and sell more commercials.
