  1. We've carried more than 3 in the past on the roster. (Sometimes upwards of 6 or so)
  2. Was a little shocked when I read this......I need his agent. I'm hearing his new deal is actually 4 years, 14M (6M guaranteed) and not 2 years as originally reported.
  3. Lots of good Lebron jokes flying around this week.
  4. I'm convinced everyone I play against is cheating.
  5. I've been wanting to go to one of those Alamo Drafthouse theaters ever since I heard about their special fun showings of movies like Big Trouble in Little China and Super Troopers (that and the fact that they serve beer). This new PSA is the icing on the cake. I don't think I've ever been a bigger fan of a place I've never been to.
  6. Still haven't heard the official word on Haywood (supposed to try and test it out pregame) yet but they are shuffling the lineup. Barea will start in place of Stevenson and then Stevenson will get more minutes with Peja basically being taken out of the lineup. Cardinal to get minutes in Peja's place as well.
  7. Got this email today... In case you missed it, there's been a draft ... I've got a great story for you to lead the draft weekend column. When Cal defensive end Cameron Jordan was taking a tour through his new business home -- the New Orleans Saints practice facility in Metairie, La. -- on Saturday, his cell phone rang. "Hi,'' said the voice on the other end. "Jordan? This is the Cleveland Browns. We're getting ready to pick you ... '' "Uh, yeah, this is Cameron Jordan,'' he said. "The Saints already picked me.'' There was an awkward pause, and Cameron Jordan said: "I think you mean Jordan Cameron, you're looking for Jordan Cameron. That's not me.'' Cameron Jordan, the 24th pick in the draft, then hung up the phone. And the Cleveland Browns, presumably, found the number for USC tight end Jordan Cameron, phoned him, and made him the 102nd pick in the draft. Well, they're both from the Pac-10. Crazy weekend. Let's get on with it.

  9. Yes, I know. But we don't know if they've told him they are letting him go / trading him or he's just seeing the writing on the wall with the Ingram pick. I don't think its out of the question he could be back with the team. Likewise I don't think its unrealistic to think he's gone. The Saints have 10 RB's on the roster as of today....If they want to keep Reggie they certainly can. ETA: I think Reggie would probably prefer to be released than take less money. I'm just not sure he's going to find the amount of money he's looking for on the open market and thus may be back to square 1 playing for the Saints anyways...
  10. Well they just gave PT a new contract so I'm not sure he'll be going anywhere. Likely Bush is asked (forced) to take less money to stick around and becomes just a 3rd down back and return guy. They could also still split him out wide at times as a receiver. I have some concerns about Ivory's injuries so I'm interested to see how things pan out with him.
  11. If the Browns weren't jinxed enough already...
  12. And that makes 3 of the last 5 years they've played in the opener. Gotta like the fact that 5 of the last 6 games will be indoors for the Saints.
  13. Giants full schedule http://www.nj.com/giants/index.ssf/2011/04..._season_vs.html
  14. More leaks..including Chicago vs Atlanta in week 1. Sounding more and more like NO/GB opener rumor is true. http://www.arrowheadpride.com/2011/4/19/21...-schedule-leaks
