  1. I have never vetoed a trade before. My reasoning is that it is so grossly unbalanced. Witten is a low end TE; Rawls has performed very well as Marshawn Lynch's backup and will now start the rest of the season. Each manager pays $100 in dues. As commissioner, I felt a veto was necessary to maintain fairness to other teams in contention.
  2. 12th place teams trades Thomas Rawls to second place team for Jason Witten.
  3. 12th place team gets Jason Witten 2nd place team get Thomas Rawls
  4. Yes, the 12th place team trading Rawls and getting Witten is out of contention and has nothing to gain from this trade. The 2nd place team receiving Witten is obviously in contention. I vetoed because I thought it was so unbalanced that it could potentially affect the final standings - and other teams in contention. Money is at stake.
  5. Really, you think the guy that got Jason Witten got the better of the trade?
  6. I'm commissioner and vetoed this trade: 12th Place Team trades Jason Witten to 2nd Place team for Thomas Rawls. The guy who was to get Rawls is very upset. Do you think this was a fair trade, or was veto appropriate?
