  1. That Broncos defense has me worried so I feel like Tannehill is the safe pick.
  2. Past couple of weeks, I've made some moves and now I have a lot of players in common in my 2 leagues.
  3. I got away with the steal of the year in my league. So it's a 2 QB 2 flex 10 person PPR league. It was the week after Big Ben got hurt. I noticed that this owner had Big Ben and Mariota and no QB's on their bench. I immediately saw that Landry Jones and Geno Smith were the only projected starters available so I picked them up and packaged them with Travis Kelce for Gronkowski. I knew he would have to accept or take a zero for his QB2. It actually worked. I thought he would at least counter but he didn't. So I am already pretty stacked at WR(AJ, Cobb, Michael Thomas, Fuller, and both Benjamins), have a solid QB rotation(Carr, Matt Ryan, and Tannehill) and I'm playing the waiver wire for RB's because mine suck except for Jacquizz Rogers and hopefully Hyde. So the commissioner was talking with 2 other league owners that that that was unfair so they tried to get my trade voted off. Fortunately they were the only 3 that voted, but they are also have middle-of-the-pack teams while mine skyrocketed to one of the favorites to win so they were butt hurt about it too. Before the trade was finalized, my commissioner kept going on about how it's a lopsided trade, the guy was 1-5 so he probably waived the white flag, how I set it up was devious, etc. But I didn't do anything illegal and I wasn't colluding. I didn't even know my trade partner personally. I put $50 in this league so I'm going to do what I can within the rules to win the game. On a side not, Geno Smith getting hurt had to be painful for my trade partner.
  4. Jimmy Garappolo, Randall Cobb, and Victor Cruz for Marcus Mariota This is a 2 QB PPR league. My roster QB1 - Derek Carr QB2 - Jimmy Garoppolo RB1 - Jonathan Stewart RB2 - Rashad Jennings WR - AJ Green WR - DeAndre Hopkins TE - Travis Kelce WR/TE - Kelvin Benjamin Flex - Amari Cooper D/ST Green Bay Packers K - Walsh Bench - Blaine Gabbert, Allen Robinson, Chris Ivory, Randall Cobb, Victor Cruz, Travis Benjamin, Eric Ebron Their roster QB1 - Ben Roethlisberger QB2 - Marcus Mariota RB1 - Ezekial Elliot RB2 - Duke Johnson WR1 - Keenen Allen* WR2 - Sammy Watkins TE - Vince McDonald WR/TE - Pierre Garcon Flex - Kevin White D/ST - Houston Texans Bench - Jeremy Hill, Tyan Mathews, Bill Powell, T. J. Yeldon, Donte Moncrief, Dwayne Allen, Rob Gronkowski Is this a good idea? This person can use a WR or two to make up for losing Keenan Allen. I have until week 5 to figure out my QB situation or else I'm stuck with having to rely on Blaine Gabbert or some other scrub QB like McCown, Shaun Hill, and Case Keenum who are the only immediate starters left in the QB pool. I originally had RG3 but that was a disaster. I have enough WRs to give around. I can give this person the WRs they need and still have a WR core that is still the best on paper in the league I'm in. I think Mariota and Carr would give me some solid points to go along with my 4 headed monster at WR. TE is solid with Kelce and Ebron and I think my RB's can hold their own, especially when Chris Ivory starts playing.
