  1. First, it's Christmas, not Xmas. Not sure how many we are supposed to choose, but Inman def should be one of them.
  2. I have Hill, too, but this answer from Andy Reid at Wednesday's press conference didn't give me much confidence that he's going to get more touches. Maybe it's a misdirection play, but you can read for yourself his answers about why he doesn't get more touches. Love his big-play potential, but in championship games you have to eliminate as much of the unknowns as possible. Q: Tyreek Hill had a break away run on Sunday. We haven’t seen that since Jamaal Charles played. Is there a reason that Tyreek doesn’t play more running back? REID: “No, we’re kind of trying to keep Tyreek’s [Hill] package relatively tight for him. You can get carried away with that and all of sudden, production goes down. So, we’re very selective on where we’re putting him and how we use him. That would be the answer. He can’t play every spot, and we have good players. REID: “You have to stay very disciplined on keeping the package small because you have him at wide receiver, you have him at running back, you have him in the slot position – we’ve got him playing all over the place. He’s a smart kid, but you start getting into a bad area there. Then, he’s returning on top of that too.”
  3. Keep in mind there's a 90% chance of rain in Cleveland, so that could slow down the Chargers passing game.
  4. I def. like Inman vs. Browns over Matthews against Giants. With Matthews, you're going to need some goal-line situations to get TD points, and I think those will be few and far between. Please help with mine http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?/topic/480879-do-you-put-much-stock-in-point-projections/
  5. If that's DeSean Jackson on your bench, I'd think about flexing him instead of Powell. Don't think he is going to do much vs. Patriots. Only problem with Jackson is Cousins has a lot of mouths to feed, but it's a must-win game. Last week he caught 7 for 111 in the loss to Panthers, so he was Cousins' go-to guy.
  6. I like that last suggestion, but would also think about putting Beasley in place of Gabriel. Beasley will get more touches than Gabriel and probably has a higher floor, and Gabriel's touches may get reduced if Julio is back in the lineup. Too much of an unknown for me. Help with mine please! http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?/topic/480879-do-you-put-much-stock-in-point-projections/
  7. How much stock do you place in them vs. your gut instincts when setting your lineup? Every week I struggle with my WR choices due to depth. Below are my choices this week, and would really appreciate your insights on picking the best 3 going into first of two-week championship. Mike Evans @ NO...projected 13, after three single-digit outings, including 4 against NO two weeks ago. TY Hilton @ Oak...projected 11, coming off 4-for-20 effort against Vikings DeSean Jackson...projected 8, going against porous Bears D in a must-win game Tyrell Williams...projected 9, going against Cleveland, but shares touches with Inman Dontrelle Inman...projected 8, going against Cleveland, but shares touches with Williams Tyreek Hill...projected 6...scored 12 pts in just 1 touch last week, but put up 23 on Broncos last time Taylor Gabriel...projected 7, scored 12 last week in a couple touches, but now Julio is back Thank you, in advance! Look forward to reading your insights.
  8. Agree. I dropped Hopkins long ago, because Osweiler nevr gave him a chance. He clearly has the attention of Savage. To me, Farrow is the risk after what he showed last week.
  9. I'd probably work Landry in place of Ryan Matthews. I have him on my bench; he looked great last week, but don't like him in tonight's matchup.
  10. I actually like your lineup better, especially with the previous suggestion at TE and D/ST.
  11. I have Gabriel and Tyreek Hill...both big-game, high-celiing players, but they have been getting minimal touches. If Julio plays and is more than a decoy, Gabriel's touches might even get reduced.
  12. I'd go with the guys with maximum touches...Ajayi and Martin. Ajay ran for 214 and a TD last time, although I realize this game is in Buffalo, but temps will be mild with good chance with a muddy track on Saturday.
  13. Brady, unless you are satisfied with 12 points from Flacco.
  14. I've got the same two and am going with Brate. Playoffs on the line and no confidence in Bradford, even against the Packers D.
