  1. every gamebook in the preseason has listed Ellison as the SLB, Crowell prob moves back to SLB as he just can't seem to escape from that position. Poz owners can see daylight
  2. So Morency won't be ready week 1? or do they not feel comfortable with Herron at all?
  3. Bob Sanders is better when healthy. I'd venture to say Bob Sanders is our next Rodney Harrison, Brian Dawkins, but that's just me. The guy really makes a difference in football games, he lays some lumber, fills lanes for takcles, not so much the interceptor if you league values that moreso. He just consistently makes plays. Roy Williams should probably be the pick due to 5 straight seasons without injury, but if you want the better producer when healthy and are willing to take chances then Bob Sanders should be the guy.
  4. I like Beason a lot this season. The WLB for the Panthers has been extremely productive in the past... see Fields and Witherspoon. Replacing an injured Dan Morgan in the middle is like a cherry on top
  5. Tatum has always shown explosiveness and an ability to attack the outside even in his failed Denver experience. There were questions about his toughness, fumbling, and catching. I for one think his weaknesses won't be as apparent in a spread offense, I think he was made for a spread offense. And the reports have been positive about the catching and that's the only thing that made Kevin Jones worth anything last season. The only thing that scares me about Tatum Bell are his injuries, he could realistically lose that job to a petty injury
  6. if the offense is good enough and the offensive line is good enough, then whoever gets the first crack at the job will succeed and probably be good enough to hold onto the job. If the team is losing and Tatum Bell doesn't get the job done, so the fans start calling for Kevin Jones... do you guys think Kevin Jones, who's not 100% and not in football shape, is going to get the job done? I don't think so I put more weight in who's getting the starting gig in Detroit. I would take a flyer on Kevin Jones to end my draft maybe
  7. It will not be long until Peterson takes this job, he's just too talented. He's going to make long gains out of ordinary plays, something Chester couldn't do all season except for once against Seattle. Long gains is going to be Chester's downfall. Talent will win this job early. There will definitely be fan and media critism if not. Looking at the schedule, I like the home game w4 against the Packers for Peterson to take over.
  8. has to be Merriweather that steps in, James Sanders filled in last year and was nonexistant
  9. Mark Bradley is the #3, unless the return yardage is significant, I doubt Hester deserves a roster spot
  10. prob will come back down to earth, but his Earthly stats are still 1700 total yards at least. The scary thing about LT is his fantasy playoff schedule w14 @ TEN w15 DET w16 DEN <-- good D, but this is a Monday Night Football game not too many awesome fantasy playoff schedules out there except for Rudi Johnson. I'm not sure if that makes him worth 50% your cap, but worth mentioning

  12. maybe he's gaining weight the fun way by drinking beer all night long at eating taco's at 2 am
