Maybe that part of his contract will keep him in line....Houston looking good on paper....that offense will be tough to beat...and a rising D. Bills will have to go to the draft to find some talent at WR...otherwise Allen will have a less than ideal year at QB...and the Bills won't come close to the playoffs.
