Funny, I was just getting on here to post the same question. You will surely get a ton of "Always start your studs" BS, but that has KILLED me with Rodgers thus far. In week one I went against everybody's advice and start Carson Freaking Palmer over Rodgers playing in Seattle and it was a good move, as Palmer scored 3x as many points.
Anyway, I just benched Rodgers for Cousins and the thing that pushed me over the edge was Cousins is the hot hand and has a limited time to prove himself before RGIII returns. These types of things go so much further at the pro level and nobody ever acknowledges stuff like that. Just like players in contract years exploding, rookies that have incredible rookie years and the dismal 2nd years (RGIII), players fighting for position and just riding the wave of attention are good plays. Especially with a national audience on Thursday night.
Also it seems I keep hearing the system is a very good fit for cousins, and the matchup against NYG is good too. I am benching Rodgers and playing Cousins, worse case, it's a push.
