  1. hey, put me down for 2 squares. just pick them since its a random draw anyway. let me know how to pay ... thx.
  2. stewart and landry i would not do the trade. eli will be fine and you would lose a very solid position player in AJ ...
  3. i like smith sr. for WR2. he will be the target monster against oakland, which is a much more porous d vs. denver in week 1. if you like brown more, fine. andre sits against the jets and in general until he shows me something. for flex i'm tempted to go abdullah, but stewart is the more solid pick. he is at home and will be the bell cow as they pound it against houston.
  4. to trade for ap like he is the old ap, he has to first show me a game or two where he looks like the old ap. this trade is a full value kind of trade, assuming ap is a stud. based on game 1 and how he looked taking snaps from the shotgun, i'd be very concerned if i owned ap. let's see this week if they can get him running downhill again (and if he still can) ...
  5. so i go mccoy for the 3rd RB. i like woodhead and sproles, especially in PPR, but have to go mccoy at home in a game where buffalo will try to pound NE. despite week 1, i still consider olsen a must start and then i'd roll the dice with cooper to bounce back.
  6. i would go stafford and marcus. on the rb/flex side, you have to ride hyde, i love ivory and i'd go with morris at home. if you like sproles over morris, i'm not going to argue it with you ...
  7. i like reed just because he will be on the field more and should get a ton of targets.
  8. looks like a full fledged split against a tough defense on the road. if you have a sure starter that will be on the field for the entire game in a better matchup, i'd go with it until this situation shakes out a bit. that's what i'm doing ...
  9. team looks fine to me. will be maddening to try and pick a QB each week, so prepare for that. how many teams in the league? from your lineup, looks like a 10 person league, not 12. uh, and never carry 2 kickers unless for some reason you are forced to. drop one and grab another RB/WR.
  10. no wrs on the waiver wire? you will probably need to pick up one if you do the 2 for 1 deal. i like the idea too if you can pull it off. if you get bell, be prepared to be all in on the steelers. not a bad thing from last year's perspective for sure, but something in me likes some diversity so i would go for charles. i'd take dunbar over powell, especially with dez out (even more targets).
  11. not a bad idea, but forsett and martin laying an egg out of the blocks doesn't help you much in terms of their trade value ... hilton is just day to day so he will be back soon and with him, i think you are fine. if you can't control yourself, i'd would not trade hill or mccoy and focus on maybe packaging doug martin with a receiver other than cooper/hilton to see what you could get ... if putting in forsett vs. martin could get you an elite WR, could be worth it, especially since most layed an egg in week 1.
  12. very generic question that is hard to respond to ... don't know how many teams in your league (to understand how good your team is), don't know PPR or not (which changes the value of players), don't know what is out on your waiver wire (may be able to stand pat with some key pickups), don't know your lineup requirements (if you have to start 3 WR, you will then create a WR problem), etc. etc.
  13. with the return yards getting points, yes, i'd do it.
