Let's not get ahead of ourselves. All of this Daunte talk is assuming he is going to play again. He completelly tore 3 of his "CL's". ACL, MCL, PCL (??). Those injuries are career threatening. So he does come back.. is he going to be the same dangerous "on foot" QB as he once was? Or is he going to have to stick to the pocket? We all know that that doesn't work out as well as him opening up the passing game w/ his feet. Let'shold off on the Daunte talks until we see him play. EDIT: In summary, no one is going to want to touch on eof the most expensive players in the league is he can't perform since his knee was so messed up.

I didn't know Tice was even a likeable idiot. But as much as i would love to blame the past few years on him, it was more McCombs fault. He didn't do enough in the offseason to help build up a defense that you could put faith into. He never has shown us that World Championship initiative that Super Bowl teams like the Patriots do. I don't know who drugged him this year but im liking the fact that he is realizing that he can't just ride on a couple stud offensive players to get him a super bowl title. Now with Moss gone, i think he's feeling the pressure and is trying to spend that 30+ we are under the cap.
