  1. 10-team half PPR league Having a very difficult time deciding who to drop for a Kicker (I picked up D.Jackson from waivers) I love having a quality backup QB given how often Watson has been hurt in his career and the way he got hit already multiple times in week 1. I am weakest at RB so I am leaning towards keeping them all and hoping someone from the group of Freeman/Montgomery/M.Brown becomes more usable soon. Although I drafted him expecting big thing that leaves me with cutting Dede as I feel he is my least valuable WR. Mistake or correct choice? My Team: QB (Start 1) D.Watson Dak RB (Start 1 plus up to 2 more*) Josh Jacobs Devonta Freeman D.Montgomery T.Cohen Malc.Brown WR (Start 2 plus up to 2 more*) Davante Adams C.Ridley L.Fitzgerald AJ Green D.Jackson D.Westbrook TE (Start 1) Kelce *There are 2 RB/WR flex spots
  2. Agree with the comments above....AP is probably the most expendable. But Hockensen, L.Murray, or even McCoy would be acceptable depending on personal preferences, other FA options, scoring system, likelihood someone trades with you, etc.
  3. I see that all the issues mentioned have now been updated. Looks much better now. Kudos to you for your quick attention!
  4. Was looking at this today: http://www.thehuddle.com/2016/nfl/nfl-depth-charts.php First thing I noticed was it says it was updated yesterday (November 8, 2016). There appears to be a lack of attention which is clearly illustrated by this obvious issue: Isaiah Pead is listed as the #3 RB on Miami and Damien Williams is listed behind him as the #4. However, Pead was released about a month ago. I understand that this chart attempts to list by current value over current role, but judging from some of the backfield situations (CHI, PHI, WAS) it is possible that some of the content has not been updated in one or perhaps several weeks.
  5. Easy decision... AP Hopkins Cam Newton Demaryius Thomas Jamaal Charles I wouldn't keep Benjamin or Foster over any of the players above even if they weren't coming back from injury.
  6. Wow...tough calls. But if I had to make a decision today, I would lock in David Johnson as my #4 keeper. He is a freak talent on an excellent team that now knows what they have and how to use him. No brainer there for me in a very shallow position. At this point you would have 2 WRs and 2 RBs locked up and would then only need QB/TE/Flex. For the 5th keeper, given that you would have decent enough QB options without keeping one, I would personally lean towards difference makers in A.Robinson or Reed over Luck. But then again, I expect Luck to bounce back next year and he would be a fine option too. Its a tough call and you probably can't go too wrong with any of your choices, but I think I'd go with A.Rob over Reed and Luck and gamble on getting a couple upside QBs and a mid- round TE. This could change if David Johnson doesn't continue to impress me throughout the playoffs, but for now my list would be: Gurley, Antonio, Julio, D.Johnson, A.Robinson
  7. I sold high on him. Traded for Demaryius this week. Just don't believe that he can continue to be a top 10 RB with Coleman around and his value is insane right now. Demaryius is on pace for a ridiculous 132 catches this year. Easy decision for me if you have enough depth at RB and can get a top tier WR for him.
  8. Thanks for the comments so far. Definitely have me thinking of dropping OBJ. As I wrote the question I was actually leaning towards dropping DT even though I think is very likely to be the top scoring WR this year. I just felt that OBJ has a much larger upside in future years as he is only 22. I was thinking of keeping both WRs and deciding between Charles and Gronk. And found myself thinking I would be better off locking down the most dominant TE in the game and cutting ties with Charles after a lucklaster year and a promise to limit his carries behind a subpar O-Line. I have run the numbers based on several different projections and this strategy would give me the most points. Anyone out there to talk me off the ledge or push me off it?
  9. 12 team PPR league. 3 keepers max. 1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 TE starters Picked up OBJ during the season to go with last years keepers. Now need to "drop" one of these guys: RB Jamaal Charles WR Demaryius Thomas WR Odell Beckham Jr. TE Rob Gronkowski No restrictions on keeper duration. First 3 rounds are Keeper rounds, so I would get my first pick at the end of round 4 (as well as pick #1 in round 5) I have gone back and forth many times and have been locked in on each one at some point. With my 4th/5th round picks I would most likely be able to get about the 20th best WR and/or 20th best RB and/or the 4th best TE. Great problem to have, but what's the right move?
  10. Toss up. Both have some concerns. I personally would go with McCoy in what I think is a more exciting offense.
  11. Depends slightly on your draft slot, but in an 8-team league I would lean towards keeping Luck. For example, if you draft in the first few slots you would still be guaranteed no worse than the 8th or 9th best RB -- perhaps D.Murray or J.Hill. A start of Luck/Hill is pretty solid and getting a top-2 QB would be my strategy in such a small league.
  12. I would go with the 2 stud RBs. Only a 10 team league so WRs will be plentiful even if its a PPR league but RBs will still be scarce and you would have arguably the top 2.
  13. Trading away a player to have someone trade him back is collusion and poor sportsmanship. Don't be that guy. However, for most league types I would agree with your lean and say the best 3 keepers are Forte, Gronk, and Dez. If you are allowed to trade non-keepers before the draft, definitely try to get some additional value from the other guys.
  14. I agree with the strategy. I would definitely NOT draft a kicker and would probably also not draft a DEF unless a very strong one fell to me in the final round.
