  1. I feel fantasy football's best use besides having a blast is staying in touch with old friends - I ran into your dilemma a few years ago when I had 3 leagues and it was just ridiculous. I scaled back to one low dollar league, $100 bye in, with 11 good friends I have known a long time - we all lived local at one time but now are spread through the country and its fantasy football that keeps the bros together. With just one league with good friends and low dollar it fit into my life very easily because it helps give family and friends I high value as well as not taking nearly as much time away from other things in my life. Working out is key in life and excelling at home and at the job is key - keep it up. Even though your a donkey fan I got love for ya. Chargers!
  2. Yeah, Thanks for the replies guys - You guys summed up pretty much what I was thinking - I had actually added and dropped Pos a couple of times and added him again last week after his monster game - I'll sit on him for a while this time. I don't think anyone in my league will grab Hawthorne, but just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something - I'll keep him scouted though just in case he goes guerilla. I do have to say that I really enjoy idp and don't know why we didn't add it to our league earlier.
  3. I have 5 LB's on my roster and I am trying to figure out if I need to drop one and add Hawthorne - I am a long time fantasy player, but this is my first time in IDP. We start three LB's and I have 2 on my bench, but I can't hold more than five - other reserves filled. I have Posluszny, Sean Lee, Angerer, D.J. Williams, and Curtis Lofton on my squad. Would you drop any of these guys to pick up Hawthorne??? and if so, why. Love to see Huddle staff weigh in also since I am kind of following up on the preseason hype.
  4. Its funny but I think I am still going to stick with Big Ben.
  5. I like Galloway, just had a bye and Marshall Please see mine http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=232181
  6. Anderson, can't trust Eli the way he has been playing as of late. See mine please http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=232181
  7. If Westbrook doesn't start go with Buck See mine http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=232181
  8. I would go with Driver - He has been quiet for a while and its about time he explodes. With all of the injuries on Indi it is safer to stay away from Clarke this week.
  9. I like Johnson, should pick off where he last left off at the beginning of the season.
  10. Schaub v. New Orleans at home (dome) - Saints have good rush D and awful pass D, Schaub and Andre Johnson first game back. or Big Ben vs. New York Jets (42° - 50% chance of showers and windy) - Jets have average against the pass and they get run all over so big ben could post low. Don't know much about how Pit weather will affect big ben - I am leaning towards schaub but Ben has been exploding.
  11. I think the loss of tackle Orlando Pace is just to big for the Rams offense - he is out for the season - That means a messed up Bulger and stacked fronts for Jackson and continued injurys for Bulger - keep bush and lynch.
  12. I am waiting to see if one of these backs turns into a solid flex - should I can any of the following backs to pick up stecker on the wire? Chris Brown Jerious Norwood D'angelo Williams Chester Taylor
  13. I posted the same and got little response, but I really had already decided. I have the Holt, Bulger connection and it has been real sour for me the last 4 weeks. I will not let Bulger take me out again so I went with leinart who has decent stats recently and seems to be clicking in nicely with the offense now - funny thing is I have fitz to. Go with Leinart and don't look back - he has done well the last two weeks and should continue to do well this week in the Dome at St. Louis.
