  1. I have both Hasslebeck and Garrard also and I am starting Hasslebeck with confidence. I am in the SB this week and Hass helped get me there. I am sticking with him. If he gets pulled it will be after he throws two TD's. Randy
  2. This is an extremely tough call. I am assuming you have been playing Favre most of the time so I would stick with him. Either of these QB's could put up a goose egg this weekend. Pat's D is playing better and obviously Chicago's D is outstanding. I would probably rather put my SB aspirations in the hands of one of the best QB's ever than some fourth rate reject on a fifth rate team. ....but like I said it could go either way. Randy
  3. Go with Bruce - Wayne will probably sit out most of the Seattle game also. I am hearing that Stokely is the best Indy WR play. Do you have any other choices? Randy
  4. I'd almost lean towards Parker and Faulk. Parker is a definite, but with both Jackson and Jones hurt, Faulk may be the better play. I think with nothin on the line for St. Louis they may sit Jackson. I think Taylor is healthy now also so why would Jacksonville risk Jones? Randy
  5. I have heard anywhere from two quarters to three and 10 - 15 carries. I am in a situation where I don't have Edge, but I may need to play Rhodes because Jordan is hurt. I am wondering why they would risk playing him for any more than a quarter and 5 - 10 carries. This game will probably get out of hand for Indy quickly against Seattle with all of their key defensive players sitting.
  6. I have Portis, Jordan, Rhodes, and Morris on my roster. With Jordan out I need to start one of the other two or pick up someone like Wells. Any suggestion? Randy
  7. According to The Huddle recent news Taylor has been downgraded to Questionable. That screwed me last week with Torry Holt. I'm guessing even if Taylor does play he will be limited or maybe only last a quarter.
  8. Both Jones and Pearman are available in my league and I need RB help with Alexander on Bye. I have L. Johnson or C. Cooley (H-Back) on my roster, but I'm not real confident in either of them this week. My other back is S. Jackson. It is a typical 1 pt/rush&rec yd and 6 pt/td scoring system.
  9. I've been watching Pass for the last few weeks, but haven't had a roster spot open. He probably has the best potential vs. Buffalo than the other RB's you listed.
  10. I drafted Johnson as my number 1 WR (4th round) and needless to say I got screwed. I dropped him after he got hurt and he is still not on a roster. My other WR's (luckily) are Fitzgerald, Keyshawn Johnson, Jimmy Smith, and Greg Lewis. Should I pick him back up or go after somebody else? Marty Booker and Hakim are the top two scoring free agents right now.
  11. I have Atlanta and I am playing them (Jets are my other D), but if I had Baltimore I would start them. How can you sit the most opportunistic defense in the league? They score almost every week. Manning doesn't throw many picks, but don't forget about that anyone can fumble. I don't see Indy scoring more than 30 points. Carolina will score at least 17 anyway.
  12. I think Porter is a must with the high probablity of a shootout. I dopped him earlier because of his poor performance and of course he came on the week after. He has been much more consistent lately. Definitely watch out for the weather in GB. I would say Galloway should be your second choice because of the matchup with Rudi 3rd.
  13. Go with Brooks if you want to play it safe, but I would put Kitna a close second. He has the weapons and an itchy trigger finger - look what the Bengals did in New England.
  14. I just picked up Bennett this week - probably too late, but I'm trying to stay at the top of my league and have been struggling the last few weeks. I also have Clayton, Chambers and Wiggins. Right now I have chosen to start Bennett, Clayton, and Chambers, but I'm worried Oakland will try to key on Bennett and Mason might have the big day. Of course Mason is also hurt making the decision to start him tougher. It gets worse - I need to start two RB's out of Jamal Lewis (definite, but hurt), Chris Brown (out), Antowain Smith (maybe), and Thomas Jones (maybe). Do I really want to start two or even three Titans? The rest of the story: Manning (Griese, Roethlisberger) Doug Brien (Jay Feely) Atlanta (Jets) How about some help?
