  1. Wow...how is posting a link to a game, considered spamming??
  2. http://NoSpammingAllowed.com/game/signup.pl?ref=2101132 It's free and kinda like Dungeons and Dragons only for football players.
  3. I sent T.J Houshmandzadeh and Shaun MacDonald and got Matt Shaub, Deshaun Foster and Jerious Norwood. My other WR's are Marvin Harrison Patrick Crayton Greg Jennings Dwayne Bowe Here's my roster after the trade. QB's Eli Manning Matt Shaub Jason Campbell RB's Edgerrin James Willis Macgahee Brandon Jacobs Deshaun Foster Jerious Norwood Julius Jones Derrick Ward WR's Marvin Harrison Patrick Crayton Dwayne Bowe Greg Jennings TE's Heath Miller Gregg Olsen Bo Scaife K Josh Brown I'm trying to stock up on RB's to use for trade bait or just hold em using the "if they're on my bench, they can't hurt me" approach. Losing Housh hurt, MacDonald was a waiver pick up, so no biggie, but in a league where young RB's are at a premium, I'm feeling pretty good about my stable.
  4. I hope not. If Dallas tries to play shootout with the Pats, Dallas will lose. Dallas has to try and win the time of possession battle, move the ball on the ground and win the battles on the offensive and defensive lines. If Dallas tries to play the Pats like the Bengals did, it plays right into New Englands hands. I expect a big dose of Marion Barber in this game and the Witten/Bruschi matchup will be huge in this game.
  5. I usually bust out my opponents car windows in the early morning hours of Sunday, this way whether I win or lose, his weekend pretty much sucks.
  6. I'm not gonna say Dallas will beat N.E, but the game is in Dallas, and the Cowboys do belong on the same field with N.E, contrary to popular belief. With that said, Dallas has to run the ball, chew the clock and win the turnover battle, if they do those three things, they have even odds to beat New England. If they don't win at least two of those three categories, they'll get beat by 2 TD's or more. As good as New England is, they can be bullied. Miami ran the ball down their throats last year and the Colts pounded on them in the AFC championship game last year. Dallas has a very physical squad, they get after you on both sides of the ball, but the fear for Cowboy fans should be the coaching matchup......the Evil Genious VS Bum's Son.....ouch.
  7. I was driving near Detroit Metro Airport that day, didn't have the radio on (my son had been sick and had kept me up all night, so I had a headache) that's when I noticed that the normally busy airport had a eerie calmness about it. At that time of the morning, there are usually planes getting ready to taxi and the skies are almost always filled with planes coming in for landings...but not that day. I turned on AM radio to a local airport traffic station....nothing but dead air. When I finally found out what had happened, I called the office and they told me to go home, which was exactly what I had in mind all along. The thing that really stands out in my mind about that horrible day, was having to go home and explain to my tearful daughter why it had happened! I tried to harness my own anger, fear and sadness, to explain to her that the events of that horrible day, to which she said to me "You wouldn't let anything happen to me like that, right Daddy?" It was the first time in my life as a parent, that I felt totally helpless. I will never forget the fear of that day and the subsequent pride of the weeks that followed as the world watched and saw the resolve of our great nation! We will never forget.
  8. : Need a couple more....where are the Michigan boardies?? I know there are some out there.
  9. Contact me at thunderingherd@gmail.com Puddy is already in on this....who else from Michigan is interested?
  10. The list is right on, the only question mark would be Clark...he's gotta prove he can stay healthy...if he does, he'll be a monster.
  11. It's good to see that some things have not changed here..LOL!!!!
  12. Very good signing. The Cowboys needed a good backup, but make no mistake about it...A-Train is a backup, Julius Jones IS the man in Dallas, but at least now they have a plan B.
  13. Luckily, I picked 11th in the first round last year and he was taken on the rebound early in the second before my second turn...wheww!!!
  14. You bag on newbies but you put that ridiculous dancing banana in your posts....gay!
  15. I'm laughing now because I noticed that you have 51 posts and not a lucid thought in any of them.
