you trade one guy for someone else to keep in exchange for one or two guys for you to keep. Holmes is too expensive for my tastes, but I'm sure someone values him this high.

This is sort of what I meant by "trading people". I thought Club was checking to see if you could trade players for dollars in a similar way that people might trade players for draft picks in a non-auction league.

My site currently doesn't support a different dollar max for each team, so trading dollars isn't an option. It can be added for next year though.
