I don't know what's up with the site right now but I'm assuming DO will fix that before the auction begins.

I saw that and figured that Club must have been really toked up when he made his keeper selections.

I don't get that, either I listed them on time.

That's why I asked everyone to let me know of any problems yesterday. You didn't have an official, I'm keeping..., just I Think I may keep...

I made the change anyway, with a minute to spare before the auction starts.

The auction is like this:

This league has no limit on how many players you can have active on the list at a time, or how many players you can be the high bidder on (except roster limit).

You are forced to reserve at least $2 per open slot on your team, so even if you have $220 available, the site will only allow you to bid as much as you can and still save $2 per your other slots.

When you enter a bid, it is considered your MaxBid. It may not be the current high bid. The current high bid will only go as high as $1 more than another owner has bid for that player. Thus, if the current high bid is $4, and the current high owner has a max bid of $10, if I enter a bid of $15, the player will then be on my list, at $11 with the max bid of $15 reserved out of my total dollar amount, ready to deal with other bidders.

If someone matches my high bid, then I will retain the player until someone actually bids more than my max.

Any player added to the list will have their signing clock set to 6pm PST the following day (if if added to the list at 12:01 am). At 6pm PST all players that have signing clocks for that day will sign with the team high bidder, of the current high bid. Any dollars remaining between current high bid and max bid will be returned to the owners bidding pool.

If a player receives a high bid from a new owner before noon PST, then their bid clock will not be reset. If a player receives a new high bid from a new owner between noon and 6pm PST on the day they are scheduled to sign, then their signing clock will be reset to 6pm the next day. This keeps another owner from trying to outbid you at the last second. As long as you check the board at least once a day between noon and 6pm PST, no other owner can steal one of your active players without you having the chance to re-bid.

Players that have signed are locked on their owner's roster and can't be bid on again.

The auction usually takes a few days before player start signing, It usually takes about a week and a half to complete for a 12 team league, provided owners are active each day.

Hints: Don't fill up your limits of 7 added or 10 active. Leave yourself some flexibility to deal with another owners moves.

If you haven't used up at least $230 out of the $240 by the end of the auction, you've either picked mostly sleepers, you know something we don't, or you just didn't get in there.

Part of the fun is bidding up other owners. The more they use up on their #1 WR, the less they'll have to outbid you on your QB #2. Just be careful you don't outbid them, since you can't see their maxbid until you've hit it, or passed it. FYI: Bidding in even $5 increments makes it easy to bid you up.

You can decrease your MaxBid on a player by rebidding with a lower amount. However, you can’t go lower than the current HighBid. The site may give you an error about not doing the minimum increase, but the new MaxBid will still be recorded and the extra money placed in your bidding pool.
