Because it takes so friggin long to get people to vote. I'd like to get the rules in place by June 30th. This will likely be extended since I am on the road for most of the next 3 weeks. I need to call those who haven't responded to staying in the league. Make sure everyone is in.

and this is supposed to mean what to me? Unless you have the year 1 records...they are excluded from the totals here except for DCon winning it all in year 1.
