We need to have this done by the end of May, but obviously we cant start until after the NFL draft.


Remember, a write up is required for the Handbook on your thoughts of your draft. I will give examples you can use to keep the writeups about the same length, at around 150 words total.

I guess i have 2 questions.

1) If we are starting May 1st, dont we sorta need to get everyones $ in and get a draft order set pretty soon?

2) Will the rookies be in the MFL system by the 1st???

If you draft a rookie, and he is not in MFL, just draft a no name player, and put the name of your rookie in remarks.


We are on a time schedule to get the draft done by mid May, then a week for the write up, so I can have everything to DMD by the last week of May.

On the website....you have the draft starting on the 11th. Was there a change? It seems to me last year, we literally flew through this draft....what was it...a week?

I will be leaving on the 11th to go to a graduation in NC through the weekend, so the 11th - 14th are BAD for me. And.....it's about the ONLY time I won't be available all summer......LOL. I will literally have no time to check in online....10 hours on the road both Thursday and Sunday evening, three graduation events plus squeezing in a golf tourney.

If we decide to start on the 11th....I'll probably have to ask you to replace me in this league. I can't see getting behind a team that someone else drafted the first half of for me.....can you? If we are starting this week.....I really think we can get done before then or mostly done and I can have a standin ready. But I don't know what everyone else's schedules are in regards to availability.

The draft will begin as soon as everyone has their draft position picked. I had hoped to start the draft this morning, but it will start today if we get this done.
