We have position requirements at all times, as you can only have the following number of players per position to keep the draft exactly equal for every team.

Hey Sarge.....do we have to fulfill the rookie requirement this year again? I didn't see that mentioned this time around.

no rookie requirement this yr, since we are playing this out and we know that in advance of the start of the draft, as opposed to last yr when we decided to play it out after the draft had begun and some already picked a rookie.

So no rookie requirement, but you can draft one if you like.
