Really, why did the time get changed?

I was gonna be home, so I didn't set it up with anyone to get on and get me a new LB.

Just wondering why it was done, I'd hope there was a valid reason?

Waivers have always been 3 ET, which is 2 CT. Its never been 1 CT.
