Neil & I would like to get together to hash out the rules, format...etc

This meeting will take place at Jon's Bar & Grille (3rd & South st.) on one of the following dates:
6/19 Tues @ 6pm
6/20 Wed @ 6pm
6/24 Sun @ 1pm
6/26 Tues @ 6pm
6/27 Wed @ 6pm

Please reply back to all dates you are available if you would like to be a part of this planning session/excuse to drink meeting . We'll select the most common open date by this Friday.

I can make all but the 6/24 (sat) date. working in the burbs i probably won't be able to get to the other meetings as early as 6p, but would be there by 6:30-7p.

Hey Bob, that 6/24 date is a Sunday, does that open it up for u?

sry 'bout that mix up. i could do it this sunday but right now it looks as if i'll be away that weekend so i can't get down there as early as 1p on 6/24. if we did it early evening i would be able to make it.

all the dates unfortunately don't work for me (working nights and vacation)
however do what is best for the majority and i will tell drew my opinions prior (and i should be available via cell most of the time)

I'm OK with waiting for a finished product....P.S. make the rules first then drink

I probably cant make any of the dates. I'm coaching a little league allstar team so I expect to hold practices most evenings. If I can make the date that is chosen, I'll try and be there.
