Actually, now that I have gone back and rolled a few practice rolls it seems I beat my roll about 30-40% of the time, so I suspect in the upcoming rolls we should see some in the mid to high 3,000 range and also several lower than mine.

So, given the percentage of times besting 4500, multiplied by the squre root of 4, divided by the number of teams in the league, subtracting any rolls from owners located east of the continetal divide and adding in bonus of 1000 points for all "I never get a good pick and always get stuck with a quarterback" owners, we should be able to safely estimate my choice to be somewhere in the 5-6 range

If that's where you are the happiest, I say go for it...
