With 8 of 12 members voting for the 12th, 2 prefering Labor day, and 2 electing to massage each other's gentitals in lieu of voting, I think we've got our draft date.

Now, there's the matter of time...

Perch: when will you be available that evening? As I recall, you'll be coming back from an anniversary weekend. Let us know what your schedule looks like and we'll see what we can do to accommodate you.

General: how are you looking in regards to your potential conflict on August 12th? Will the time of day effect you one way or the other?

Anyone else have time constraints we need to be mindful of?

I'm free the whole day on August 12th.
The Passion
Me and Rex already have our 6 pack of Zima ready to share all day the 12th. Just let us know when.

Things are looking good right now. Even if I am sent out of town, I should be available to draft after 4PM.

I would prefer later in the evening, as it gives me a chance to get at least a few of the rugrats to bed.

You're on EST, right?

I've been accused of high BAC, what is this EST that you speak of? Is it like THC?

Edit: I'm on Pennsylvania time.

Our league rules state that keepers must be named two weeks prior to the draft. That would be this Sunday, July 29th. Should we observe some leniency with this due to the draft date recently being settled? Or, should we just keep rolling right along?

I was thinking the same thing. My just have to exercise a little executive privilege on this issue. 1 week it is, which would mean keeper picks must be names by August 7th.

Yes. Really more of a back-up commish, in the event that I'm unavailable. But yes.

EST = eastern standard time. So I think we should be good. Perch and the General probably won't be available until evening-time central time, which should give you enough time to get some kids to bed beforehand.

Any chance that you could post a link to the MFL site? Can't seem to find it.

Thanks.

My password is another problem. Give me a few more beers to see if I can find that also.

The later the better for me too. However, I can do it anytime. Don't make it later on my account! I'm actually finishing up my master's on-line, and we have a mandatory chat at 6:30. I know, it sounds dorky, but I promise I'm way cooler than that.

Now where is my calculator and pocket protector?

Thanks, yo. I should be good any time on the 12th.

Any time is good for me as well....

So what's the time again?

Well, it hasn't been set. We need Perch to tell us when he's available, then make sure that's late enough for everyone to make it.
