for most of this day. I know I harp on pre-selects but I don't want to make one for my second round choice until I see if there is a run on a position. I have KING's number and I will call him in between appts. I have a couple of other phone numbers as well and I will be diligent in my efforts to keep the draft moving along.

I am out of work in about 20 minutes and I am golfing tonight. I should be home by 8:30ish EST. I have predrafted 15 players but there are 23 before my next pick. There is a chance that it works, but if not, I should be back on about 8:30 - 9:00 to continue.

I don't remember the Draft being this painfully slow last year...

I disagree. The last couple of years we blew almost the entire first day just getting through the first round. The draft tends to be slow through the first third and then picks up and goes faster once all the top players are gone. I have little doubt that we'll be done by next tuesday at the latest.
