The former "custom waiver" order that we used in preseason has been tuned up to reflect our normal rules. (Thanks, Flypaste, for pointing out that I hadn't switched it back yet).

Just got back from a family vacation, but I wanted to make sure everything would run smoothly for our first regular season waivers.
