1- You may submit waivers until midnight Friday

2- You may submit as many waivers in one week as you like... just keep in mind you have only have so much free agent money to spend and you must stay within your contract cap

3- Here's the way the cuts work as they pertain to your contracts:

A] if you cut a 1 year player then that player's contract still counts towards your contract for this year and that's it;

B] if you cut a 2 year player then you take the 2 year hit for this year, and 1 year for next year (2008) and that's it;

C] if you cut a 3 year player then you take the 3 year hit for this year, and 2 years for next year (2008) and that's it;

D] if you cut a 4 year player then you take the 4 year hit for this year, and 3 years for next year (2008) and that's it;

E] etc.
