dumb question... FCFS WW open at noon eastern or pacific? This has taunted me for four weeks now

Thanks Fraz. I saw in the rules it mentions wed 7PM PST for bids so i assumed the same on the FCFS.

This explains why everyone i've tried to pickup at 3 EST are gone each week and why my a WW request from last week went through today
